Our room on 3rd floor was clean, big and spacey - Seaview if a tree wasn't in the way. Bed and pillows comfy, slept well. Free on site parking, no breakfast is available but there is a microwave to heat food up. Not suitable if limited ability. Really well located 5 minutes walk to beach. Several restaurants within 5 minutes.

Great location. Plenty of free parking and close to shops/restaurants. Room was nice and spacious and the mini fridge in the room was great.

I booked this hotel as I was attending a football match in the area. We didn’t stay the night though as the wind was bowling and howling in through one of the window seals. Let the property know but they haven’t offered a refund or discount, bit disappointing therefore wouldn’t stay again.

Had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the location was great for exploring the area. A special thank you to Pam, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and always made sure we had everything we needed for our days out. Alan, the owner, was also fantastic and gave us a warm introduction to the hotel when we arrived, which made us feel right at home straight away. Overall, a very pleasant stay and we would definitely return again.

A really lovely welcome, kind and caring host. Free off street car parking available, its 5 minuites walk to Boscombe Beach / pier. The place has character, a throwback B&B, i loved it and will stay again.

A private, free car park. A wam friendly welcome. A clean, quiet, comfortable room with a fridge. Free wifi. In an excellent location between seafront and town. Will definitely stay here again.

Zwaar achterstallig guesthouse. Ligt leuk nabij strand maar kamer, sanitair en gebouw zijn in slechte staat van onderhoud. Ik zal hier niet meer boeken.

It's A very friendly and welcoming hotel with a good sized fridge in the room. We had a slightly older dated room but was perfect for what we needed. They even supplied a large fan for the room due to the hot weather

Had a wonderful stay, the service and the welcome was warm and inviting, Pam and Alan were the type host to make you feel at home. Even though the the building and the inside is a bit out dated but due to the environment and the area and definitely the hosts, the hotel provides an amazing stay.

Hotel host Pam was very friendly and accommodating. Was help g ul with my late arrival and helped with parking arrangements at the hotel. Old building but well maintained and room very clean and well maintained. I would recommend, private hotel home! No lift!

is pretty near the beach about a 5/10 minute walk downhill and the harvester on the beach. was an easy 5 minute or less drive to the shops. Was pretty quiet and we had a room that you could see the sea from. The owners were friendly and welcoming and went and got a fan for us as it was unexpectedly warm that day

Very reasonable price, a little dated but helpful staff. Fridge in the room was a nice touch along with tea making facilities 😊

This property could do with a bit of updating. But don't let that put you off. Family room is big, fridge in room. Very clean. Staff are just lovely, very helpful and polite. Free parking. 5 mins walk to the beach. There is no breakfast facilities, but fridge in room so we took cereal. Also a microwave in communal front room with plates, cutlery etc provided. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice dog friendly hotel prices are good also owners are very friendly & kind. Would recommend a stay.

Great host. Probably one of the worst beds I’ve tried to sleep in. Need to invest as it wasn’t exactly a cheap stay.

Denewood is a lovely old, and character filled hotel. We had a family room which was plenty spacious enough. The staff was very welcoming, and knew lots about the area. The beach was a 5 minutes walk, but please bare in mind the return journey is up hill. We would definitely stay here again, thank you.

Room was nice and spacious and had a fridge, TV, iron if needed. Hotel was central for shopping centre and the beach. Staff was very welcoming. Will stay here again when we next visit Boscombe. Good value also.. 5 stars from us. Mr and Mrs Ablott from Lincolnshire.

Arrived early , the hotel manager was very accommodating let me park car in their car park early (way before check in time) that was a lovely thing to do, room nice and clean , and bathroom , nice white clean towels and sheets and even a fridge, great location for beach just down hill and very short walk to shops, manager even said I could leave car the for day if off to beach, but I was on my travels , would definitely stay again
