Old and property rooms not Maintained.linen quality very poor . Smelly rooms

Air condition were not working and when I complained they didn’t listen for 5 hours and then said yes sir it’s not working .we need to shift you to other hotel which is not yet ready .

Very comfortable stay . Neat rooms.

It was clean. Convenient. Our room was dark as only one window. Staff very helpful. Front desk excellent service and hospitable

The one issue we had was small bugs on bed but once we informed staff, they changed room right away and made sure we were well taken care of

Great staff but hotel rooms could use some improvements

I would never recommend this hotel for stay. They had very bad conditions of the room. I booked non-smoking room at first and they gave us smoking room, which we had to argue for to get the non-smoking room. Even the room was not good at all. There was bathroom faucet keep on leaking and making the noise.

My stay there was horrible. Hotel is absolutely substandard. There was near no internet reception in the room. When told staff, they said this is the best they have. Most importantly, cleanliness was pathetic. I had dead cockroach in my bath tub at check-in and there was a live rodent in the bathroom. The hotel management was unapologetic and totally indifferent. I'd not recommend staying here.

The room maintenance needs to be better. The TV channel selection was very limited

It was disappointing experience at Lemon tree. Room was not properly cleaned and prepared. Toiletries, napkins, towels nothing was in place. Olympic javelin event in which India won gold,couldn’t be watched because particular channel was not subscribed by the hotel!

The restaurant and it's staff were exceptionally welcoming and offered great variety , and customer care. The Manager Davraj is excellent and is a very dedicated hands on manager.You can see that this is a happy work environment. Special mention to Deepak who was a wonderful waiter. The office staff however were the opposite. Disappointing and unhelpful on many levels. Emails via Expedia were unanswered and then when I sent an email directly to hotel it wasn't answered in a timely manner and received email about airport transfer after I had checked in.

Felt like home away from home. Miss the hot jalebis (sweet) we had for breakfast !!

Even-though, we (2 of us) did not take break-fast, we were charged for it & when I pointed out the mistake, the front desk clerk said, he does not have the authority to change the bill, even if he agrees that we have not been offered break-fast.

Nice hotel but difficulty in communicating in English. Also restricted choices regarding the menu offered and moderate grading regarding the cleaning conditions

One of the worst for couples, they don't allow unmarried couples and the staff is so rude and arrogant that it can make your lovely stay worst.

My bed had a layer of hair and dust under the pillow. The hotel has VERY thin walls and you can hear traffic noises from outside all the up to the 3th floor rooms. Also, when there Is s party in the hotel, it gets really noisy.
