2 night stay. The good. Front desk staff friendly and inviting. Comfortable beds and pillows, Heat/cool system accurate and comfortable. Drinkware in room good. Breakfast options good. Underground parking handy. The bad. Room worn out. Carpet baren, sofa dirty, pedestal sink loose, small old tv's not yet replaced with newer ones as in other rooms, door hinge loose, (reported but not repaired). No room cleaning service during stay. Food tray left outside door stayed for a day and a half. Underground parking curbs broken with rebar, trip hazards sticking out. Third time staying at hotel in a year. Would be better review if hotel maintenance standards were at least average but they are subpar. May be the last time booking.

We had two rooms for the weekend in Grande Prairie. In one room, there was a stain on the top sheet and someone’s old sock on the dresser when we arrived. Other than that rooms were clean. On Friday night, it was very loud at midnight with people slamming doors and talking and visiting. And if you like to see your reflection in the bathroom mirror, don’t stay here. They need to upgrade the light bulbs and lighting fixtures in bathroom as they are very dark. Rooms overall are quite dark. Bed and pillows are comfy.

Reported that door hinge screws were loose , no action taken while we were there.

Our room was showing serious signs of age and neglect. The shower door clearly broke at some point - rather than replace it they mounted a shower rod inside the shower and hung a cheap curtain. Towels were extremely thin and worn from use and one of the 4 pillows on our bed should have been thrown in the garbage it was so old. The rest of the room just looked beat up. We used to really enjoy this hotel as it is one of the only ones in Grande Prairie with a true suite (separate bedroom) however we won’t stay here again.

We were surprised how huge is the room and the bathroom . Great stay ! The complementary breakfast was great , good size and no waste on food ! We would stay again in the hotel and for sure we will recommend it to everyone! Thank you!

I would stay again. The hotel is beginning to feel tired and well used.

Ripped up and patched carpet everywhere. No towels in room, pillows were basically 8*10 paper, asked for more and staff said they didn't have any. Toilet was broken and running constantly....TV had pixel issues and poor viewing. Left about 45mins into our stay and went to another hotel....they would not refund our stay because it was prepaid. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

Always a good stay at the podollan, we love it there! Clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff!

Nice staff

The was very clean and fresh. The staff was outstanding, with the Front desk positive attitude. The morning's breakfast is always great.

Room was clean other than the carpet being poorly vacuumed. Bed was very comfortable! Shower pressure was a little high. Worst part was signage, no floor plans in hallways, room doors, or elevators.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Excellent service. Will definitely stay there again.

The breakfast at the hotel is great, the underground parking is really nice to have. The staff were great.

No hand soap in the bathroom of the room. Strange. Lighting was poor in the room.

Although there was no pool or hot tub, The breakfast included is made to order fast and fresh!

I love staying at the padollan, always very friendly and clean and the breakfast is fantastic!
