La alberca estaba bien pero el agua tibia y no tienen camastros. El personal es amable. La habitación muy bien, amplia y limpia. Solo le falta un poco de ventilación al baño. El restaurante no tiene los platillos del menú de desayunos, la única opción es bufete y éste está muy básico, por $295 mejor nos fuimos a desayunar a otro lado. Buen hotel solo para dormir

El servicio del Hotel es súper excelente, nos pasó que determinado tipo de habitación no iba a estar disponible pero que nos podían arreglar la habitación gratis para el 14 de Febrero, así como regalarnos el desayuno buffet. El personal siempre fué super amable, nos trataron super mejor que nadie, recomendado mil veces!!!

Everything was excellent !!!! The water had a little funky smell to it while showering, but other than that, everything was great!!! Rooms are cleaned daily SOOO NICEEE to come back too !!!! Love it ! Definitely will be back !!

Excellent experience.

Las habitaciones sin toallas, cobijas rotas, no respetan su reglamento. El servicio a cuartos, muy mal organizado. El personal con muy poca capacidad en atención a clientes.

En el comedor al principio pregunté si aceptaban pago con tarjeta, resultó que no funcionaba su punto de cobro y tuve que ir a un cajero. Deberían tener un plan de respaldo ya que no siempre se puede cargar efectivo.

Cajones del cuarto no servían

Lovely room, beds, clean and quiet. Only comment is the lack of fitted bottom sheets make you wake up with no bottom sheet as it came undone. It was great to have multiple cushions, but all the cushions were thick and solid.

Well above my expectations! The rooms were clean and well furnished. The staff was friendly and helpful but didn’t speak much English. The breakfast buffet was excellent with made to order omelets. There is a big mall with lots of shopping and some excellent restaurants within walking distance. There is a basic gym and a nice pool. The property is beautifully landscaped. Nice annd quiet ant night. Overall a 4 star property!

The shower head must be change. No water at all and the shower in the middle does not help when someone is only wanting to wash their body. No water pressure and the head should he clean too. The shower had a bad smell when the water was opened. Like dirty water.
