リニューアルして大浴場がラグジュアリーでキレイでよかった

妻との記念日に利用。 サプライズのブーケや、デザートへのメッセージの記入は当然。「スタッフからのお祝いの言葉はいつにしましょうか」といった想像を超えた対応をしていただきました。 観光地であることを忘れるくらい静かで広い庭園も散策にちょうどよかったです。

Love the property and facilities! Food is authentic and services are perfect! Would definitely stay again!

My wife, son and family love the Fujiya. I have stayed there many times over 30 years. My wife (Japanese national) and son (Japanese national) and I (British national) went to the Fujiya this weekend. My wife went to the check-in desk. The male desk clerk told her, "we would like to copy your passports". Why? Because I booked through English-language Expedia? This request was nonsense. We were very upset. I am an official resident of Japan for 35 years. I am an 永住者. The desk clerk gave no explanation. No apology. I am a university professor. My wife and son are Japanese medical doctors. We live only in Japan. The Fujiya clerk made me feel like an alien. This incident spoiled our stay.

Amazing property. Extremely helpful staff. I loved everything about this place and hope to visit again one day. Will definitely recommend.

beautiful buildings, great onsen, great Japanese restaurant. Not all staff is comfortable with English.

施設はリノベーション済みで古い趣きを残しつつ非常に快適、サービスは外国人のスタッフの方が多かったが丁寧でにこやかで気持ちが良い。

The Fujiya is an impressive and beautiful historic hotel. We stayed with our 5 month old baby in the Forest wing. The room itself was spacious and the decor in keeping with the Classical design of the hotel. I particularly enjoyed the onsen and the western breakfast (best breakfast of our trip). Would thoroughly recommend a stay here due to its history and grandeur!

It is a historic hotel so expect the look to be a little dated, however, that is what adds charm to it. Overall a comfortable hotel, bathroom not so great (review is for FORESTWING TWIN FOREST SIDE). French restaurant is very nice for dinner as well as breakfast, it feels a little formal but a nice experience. Hotel garden is nice, staff is very helpful.

Historical property in stunning settings, Staff is kind and very helpful Miss Park we loved your kindness.Beautiful property grounds ,excelent food choices.The bed and pillows were so comfortable i slept my best in the last 10 years . I bought their pillows and taking them back to California ,then ordering the mattress from home. We will return to stay at least a week next time. Thank you for making our trip very special.

Everything about this hotel is sublime. If you want to enjoy a restful yet invigorating weekend in Hakone, it's hard to imagine a better place.

This is a historical hotel in which one must take the time to enjoy . The public bath is 5 star and you must visit it and enjoy . The dining areas are exceptional with Japanese ambience. The rooms are modern yet disclose history of many visitors passing through . Feed the Koi fish on your walk through the gardens as food is provided for them near the reception area. It is an easy walk to train station to use the Hakone pass and see all the sights .

Fujiya hotel was fantastic. Unlike other modern concrete buildings, this hotel is a wonderful historic structure, and with the renovation and earthquake-resistance work carried out in 2020, there were no safety issues, so we were able to spend a wonderful time there.
