The bed & pillows were very comfortable. It was great that everything we needed was available.

Aside from our room being flooded, it was still a good stay. Not sure on the exact cause,.

We had a great room as I have come to expect from this property. Been there in previous years and the atmosphere is great. 1st time being at the location since renovations (did not disappoint). Hotel staff were excellent from reception to restaurant. Definitely would stay here again!

Clean hotel, rooms, staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

The remotes for the TV's did not work the majority of the time which made it vwry frustrating when trying to find somethjng to enjoy on tv.

Front desk clerk was awesome. She even called to make sure everything was good with our room. Room was beautiful and clean. We ate at the restaurant and it was really good.

Seal around windows were wore out and there was a constant cold breeze coming in. There were hundreds crows that migrated to the handful of trees right beside the building every night were very disruptive when trying to sleep after 5am. The staff were very good

Great staff and the hotel was beautiful. Loved the view in the gym too. Our dogs enjoyed their stay too!

Great staffât the front. The mattress needs to be refreshed. In my room they were sagging. But it’s clean, and the view on the water it’s outstanding. The location is perfect.

Room is lovely & clean! The beds are soft and luxurious. The check in was super friendly. We had supper at Trio and the service was incredible. Sherrie, our server was absolutely lovely. The gentleman who checked us in came in to ask us about our meal!! They even gave me a piece of cake for my birthday!! A 5 star experience!!!

Room carpets didnt seem clean. And shower had no hot water. It was just luke warm.
