This hotel always has many vacant rooms. Why is that? The communication at this hotel is non-existent and incredibly one-sided. They are lightning-fast when it's in their favor, but they conveniently ignore you when a problem arises. I requested a change/refund, but they waited until it was too late to reply, only to use that delay as an excuse to deny my request. They claimed they were too busy with emails to respond sooner, yet magically replied within minutes as soon as I mentioned leaving a bad review. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. They clearly do not care about their guests, only about keeping your money. Avoid this place at all costs.

O quarto era excelente, com uma vista incrível. Tivemos um problema com a atendente no check in, uma senhora, que estava com pressa e não nos explicou nada. Ela saiu logo após chegarmos e só nos entregou a chave. Não falou mais nada, nem mesmo nos registrou direito

Very vintage hotel a lot of history best in north Italy!

Most interesting hotel I've ever stayed in! Very old, museum like inside, lots of artefacts throughout to look at. Paintings, sketches, newspaper clippings, furniture, silverwear, and lots more! Very cool place!

Hotel Elephant is a must stay! Staff are friendly and welcoming. Every we looked there were amazing art and historical scenes to appreciate. The indoor pool and sauna were wonderful. Breakfast had plenty of options and just going for a walk in the gardens was a relaxing and peaceful experience. Bus Stop at the door was a bonus 🙂

Excellent and quiet stay for our one night in Bressanone with easy walk to town center. The hotel is very elegant and the breakfast buffet was nice. We stayed in the annex and it was a little challenging to wheel our bags, but doable. I wish the bar would have stayed open a little longer so that we could have had a drink after dinner. Overall, very nice stay.

The staff are fantastic. Such a quick walk into town. The gardens were stunning. The spa was also very good.

Your hotel is absolutely beautiful. We loved the accommodations and the amenities. Breakfast was delicious as well as our dinner in your restaurant. Everyone is polite and friendly. Enjoyed the pool also! When we checked in I would have to say that the young man at the desk was not particularly friendly and never notified us of the “Brixen card”. It was not until the afternoon before we left that the kind woman at the desk mentioned the card. We would have loved to take advantage of the saving on the card. That was a shame. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend your hotel. The hotel was recommended to me by a friend who attended an OAT trip last year and stayed at your hotel.
