hotel in zona tranquilla a pochi passi dalla fontana di trevi.Camera famigliare spaziosa ben tenuta,pulita e riscaldata .Personale cortese.Siamo arrivati prima dell'orario del check in e la stanza era gia' pronta invece al check out avremmo avuto a disposizione la stanza anche dopo orario check out fino alla partenza .Grazie per il nostro soggiorno

The room was clean, and had a comfortable bed. Marco was very helpful, informative and courteous. There is no WiFi connection in the rooms, no breakfast. Very minimalistic hotel.

The bed was outstanding. Enormous and comfortable.

Desk staff very friendly. This poor review is because although I left the Do Not Disturb tag on my door and was vigilant about pulling the door shut as I stepped out for the day, upon returning, I saw my door was ajar and the do not disturb tag was tossed on the floor of my room. I never use the safes and take my documents and valuables with me. Someone with a master key obviously entered and rummaged my room. Nothing was stolen because nothing of value was left in my room.

The room was ok it smelled a little mouldy but the room was warm and had coffee/tea facilities and a bar fridge

Location in the center of Roma, very convenient to visit Roma. It has very nice staff. Only complaint is the room is not such big.

We booked two rooms and are extremely happy with our stay. Both rooms were clean, comfortable and cozy. Absolutely perfect location. They hotel receptionist, Rosa, was AMAZING! So helpful, caring and friendly. We highly highly recommend Hotel Julian!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Acceptable room too small but not in very good condition

The internet was terrible, excelent area,walking distance, clean and close to restaurants and faountain, spanish steps etc.

The hotel advertised an airport shuttle yet when we inquired about it they said they could call a taxi for us but there was no shuttle. Our safe did not lock. The whole place is dingy and run down. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Although the location was good, I would not recommend staying there.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room we were given had bed bugs, and we discovered them shortly after checking in. It was absolutely unacceptable, and we decided to leave the hotel immediately. When we informed the staff, they refused to offer any refund or compensation, which made the situation even worse. We strongly advise others not to stay here — the hygiene and customer service are both completely unacceptable.
