Perfect location. Fantastic staff. Our room was large, well kept x and comfortable. The pool area is spectacular, and much larger than we expected. The (included) breakfast was one of the best I've had, and the breakfast room is beautiful and soothing. Overall, an excellent experience

We loved the jacuzzi!! it was really nice to spend some time on the swimming pool area, breakfast was great, the staff was really friendly and supportive. Hotel has a very good location, in the downtown but in a quiet street. We will for sure came back!

The staff was amazing! Very helpful. There is plenty to see and places to eat/drink all in walkabke distance. The room was very clean and well kept up.

This was a very comfortable, friendly hotel. The staff were amazing. Really good pool for the children. Evening and day time activities were included. The breakfast was fantastic and we ate here one evening and the meal was delicious if a little pricy. There is an outdoor bar above the pool where you can go during the day or evening. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay at this hotel. The deluxe rooms are great. The staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast options cater for everyone. Loved the pool and bar area to relax in. The location is very good with easy walking to restaurants and the train station (the train is a great way to visit the area).

Es war eine wunderbare Ferien, sehr entspannend, dank dem unkomplizierten Personal und dem guten Essen.

We stayed 10 nights at the hotel and we had a wonderful time. Everything was amazing: the staff, accommodation, breakfast, location, swimming pool and restaurant. We went with our dog who was welcomed with a comfortable bed and very practical plates for food and water. Although, dogs are not allowed at the pool area we could chill with her by the terrace. The only thing it could be better is the WiFi in the room, because in other areas of the hotel it is perfect. Thank you very much!

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel mitten im Zentrum von Chiavari. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt und das Personal sehr freundlich. Hervorzuheben ist der Pool. Er eignet sich sehr gut für eine Erfrischung nach dem Standbesuch, da er bis 19.00 Uhr geöffnet ist. Das Auto kann gegen eine Gebühr in der Hoteleignen Tiefgarage geparkt werden.

It is a beautiful hotel with great service. They helped us find a guide to take us to mountain villages. Since it is the the old city, there are many interesting shops and restaurants. If you are tired, the hotel also has a restaurant next to the pool.

The Monte Rossa is awesome.It is well staffed with people that can't do enough for you. Rooms are clean, breakfast is great. Francesca at the front desk is fantastic. They even new we had an early flight and told us to get downstairs early and they'd provide some breakfast snacks and coffee. This is one of the best hotels we've stayed in anywhere.
