Hotel espectacular en Santa Margherita Ligure. Excelente Spa, pet friendly, desayuno muy completo y todo el lugar muy bien mantenido. 10/10 sin dudarlo. Volveremos sin dudarlo

vue magnifique, hôtel superbe mais dommage de devoir payer les transats même pour 1 h. La piscine du Spa est très belle mais également payante l’avantage c’est qu’on n’est seul. Chambre très petite mais propre. Personnel agréable sauf au petit déjeuner où vous avez l’impression de les déranger.

Horrible customer service. This was our sixth time staying at the hotel within 2 years and it was my birthday. The hotel did not provide any gift upon my arrival. We had asked for a late checkout at 1pm instead of 11am three times before arrival but they did not respond. There was a big thunderstorm the day before our arrival and our flight was delayed. I had asked for a refund but they waited unusually long, almost a day, to get back to me with a No. On the checkout day, they called our room 3 times to strongly remind us to checkout. This is the experience that we received after paying €450 per night. One of their receptionists was also extremely rude to me on the phone and when I went for breakfast, he didn’t greet good morning like how he did with other guests. The room was nice but basic. They don’t have hair shampoo and conditioner (only combined hair and body gel). The private beach was nice but Wi-Fi throughout the entire hotel was very weak. Well sadly not be coming back.

Ankomst var imødekommende og hjælpsom. Strand og liggestole var første klasse og personale hjælpsomme. Restaurant med skøn beliggenhed og veltillavet mad også her dygtigt personale. Vi have fire skønne overnatninger NB: Børn i vandet er for støjende

The hotel is a 6 minute walk from the train station. The hotel is incredible it has a unique view to the city and coast.

Wir haben das Hotel gegen 12 Uhr über eine App gebucht und sind ca. 5 Minuten nach der Buchungsbestätigung an die Rezeption gegangen, um nachzufragen, wann wir das Zimmer beziehen können. Nach 22 Stunden Fahrt mit einem kleinen Kind hofften wir auf ein Entgegenkommen. Der Mitarbeiter sagte, dass das Zimmer garantiert ab 15 Uhr fertig sei, aber voraussichtlich schon gegen 13:30 oder 14 Uhr bezogen werden könne. Leider war das Zimmer um diese Zeit nicht fertig. Wir warteten zunächst im Hotelrestaurant und danach im Auto auf dem Hotelparkplatz. Um 14 Uhr sagte ein anderer Mitarbeiter, dass das Zimmer erst frühestens ab 15 Uhr bezugsbereit sei. Am Ende konnten wir erst um 15:20 Uhr einziehen, obwohl das Zimmer bereits gereinigt war (wir kannten die Zimmernummer schon beim Check-in). Zusätzlich wurde uns beim Check-out 70 € für den Parkplatz im Freien berechnet, obwohl dies beim Check-in nicht erwähnt wurde. Auch die Preise im Restaurant wurden beim Auschecken ohne Hinweis geändert und abgerechnet. Ein weiterer negativer Punkt: Die Mitarbeiter zeigten wenig Interesse daran, auf Deutsch zu kommunizieren, obwohl dies auf der Hotelwebseite zugesichert wird. Insgesamt waren wir enttäuscht und werden dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Hotel Fabuleux A notre arrivée nous avons été surclassé en suite avec vue mer. Personnel à l'écoute et d'une grande gentillesse. Nous retiendrons dans cet hôtel.

The Hotel Continental was a lovely place to stay. The rooms were comfortable with a large patio facing the water. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. My friend and I ate at the bar that evening and the food was tasty. The Hotel Continental was well-located for walks into town, as well as to Portofino and Rapallo. Finally, the staff were delightful - friendly and helpful. Sadly, we did not have time to use the brand new spa. Next time! I highly recommend the Hotel Continental.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Continental even during the offseason! Our room had panoramic ocean views. The property was well-maintained, peaceful, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. While it was a quieter time of year, I actually appreciated the tranquility and had a great experience exploring the area without the usual crowds. The staff was incredibly accommodating, ensuring everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. If you’re looking for a serene retreat, this place is a hidden gem no matter the season. I highly recommend it and would love to return!

Excelente hotel sus instalaciones están muy bonitas el cuarto es amplio se tiene una vista muy bonita al mar, está cerca de la estación del tren caminando son 5 minutos. No está lejos del centro llegas caminando. El desayuno incluido muy bueno y la atención excelente. Lo recomiendo mucho.

Our stay at Hotel Continental was absolutely outstanding. We were fortunate to stay on the third floor with an incredible large balcony with a beautiful view. The hotel is beautiful. The grounds, the pool, the cleanliness and the customer service is exemplary. I cannot say enough how amazing this hotel is. Will definitely be back on my next trip to the Italian Riviera
