Excellent Hotel! Nice fresh room and very clean. Breakfast was excellent with many choices - hot and cold. Location is excellent - in the heart of the San Marco minutes from Piazza San Marco. Located on a nice little Campo (square) with many restaurant choices. Windows are insulated so significantly reduce outside noise. We really enjoyed our stay at the Rio!

Sehr nettes Personal und tolle Lage!

Ich war eine Nacht da… Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit vorallem Francesco, ein sehr lieber Mensch. Es liegt sehr nah an die Sehenswürdigkeiten, man hat sehr viel auswahl und der Weg zum Hotel ist auch leicht..

ベネチアの入口からは少し距離がありましたが、ベネチア内の観光には便利でした。また、ホテルの横にレストランやお店があったのも良かったです。

Todo excelente y en un magnífica ubicación

The two men who worked at the reception were very attentive, accommodating, and helpful. Our TV wasn’t working properly at first, but they made sure that the issue was addressed immediately. The location is great, only a short walk from the water bus station (we had large suitcases so this was very convenient) and there are lots of food and retail stores immediately outside of the hotel. The room itself was very clean and had been renovated to make the most of the space. Just be aware that there is no elevator, only stairs. We would definitely stay here again if we travel to Venice in the future.

La stanza era pulitissima, accogliente e calda. Personale gentilissimo e molto affabile. Colazione molto buona. Posizione a dir poco ottima. Consigliatissimo

O quarto estava impecável, porém pequeno para minhas malas. Equipe muito atenciosa.

Bom cardápio

Clean room but very, very small. No closet space. Room was hot even with AC on. Bathroom was acceptable. No elevator. Had to climb stairs with luggage. Close to everything.

I really enjoyed my stay at Rio Hotel! The location is ideal for getting around central Venice, just a few minutes' walk from St. Mark's Square, and there are a lot of dining and shopping options right outside the hotel. The room was small but more than enough for my needs, and it was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to others!

Hotel com boa localização porém o quarto que ficamos foi no anexo e tinha muitas escadas. Como estávamos com malas foi puxado. O primeiro recepcionista foi ótimo, porém chegamos antes do checkin, quando voltamos para colocar as bagagens no quarto o segundo recepcionista não foi cortez.

Parfait

Hotel Rio is located in a small square with many dining options. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We only paid for the English Breakfast one day but it had great options of bacon rashers, sausages, hash brown patties and scrambled eggs. The location is extremely convenient as it is only a two minute walk from the Vaporetto station. This gave us convenient access to the Train Station, other parts of Venice, and the islands of Burano and Murano. The square outside the hotel is quite lively but everything closes down precisely at midnight and it was quiet until 8:00 AM. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved exploring the streets of Venice. We would definitely recommend Hotel Rio to anyone visiting Venice. Grazie Mille!

サンマルコ広場に近く、立地最高ー、チェックも、遅い時間までスタッフが、居てくれて、とてもスムーズでした ベネチアで泊まるには、良いと思います、エレベーターが無く、階段で、通路はわ狭いです、スタッフがこれが、ベネチアよーと、言ってました(笑、笑)

Checkin was lovely and helpful. She gave us our room early. The maid provided a fan. Great shower, bed. Excellent location right on a square with many dining choices. However, pretty noisy at night- at least until midnight. Bring white noise. Didn’t add on breakfast. The room and choices seemed cramped and crowded. Breakfast was available at downstairs cafes.
