Very nice

The hotel t’s very clean but the refrigerator was very small.

5 mins walk from arch de triompe / 45 mins walk to eiffell tower. If you are disabled in a wheel chair you cannot use the metro as they do not have lifts. River boat really good and caters for wheel chair users so does the eiffell tower.

Ac was kept running hot

Staff was lovely. Room efficient and stylish.

Excellent location with nearby access to the metro. Staff were very helpful.

Poor staff service

Language barrier, and leaving the room key when going out, did not sit right with me at all. Did I go to a hostel or an hotel? The first room was dirty then changed to another but no apologies.

The front desk staff were awesome, and a special shout out to the lady (i am so sorry i did not get your name). You were so friendly and welcoming, i felt at home. The gentlemen were great too. The facilities were clean and well kept. My only suggestion would be to set the timmer on the lights in the hallways a bit longer or let them come on automatically with motion. Other than that, great stay for us and i would highly recommend.

Bien Está bien situado, muy obscuro los pasillos muy pequeño el hotel, decía que era 4 estrellas y para nada es 4 estrellas no tienen para desayunar dentro del hotel

good location - good staff - but room too small

very nice place to stay. close to many restaurants and tourist attractions.

Surement le pire séjour dans un hôtel 4 étoiles. On m'a donné une chambre au RDC, jusqu'à la pas de problème, jusqu'à ce que je découvre qu'elle est au niveau d'une rue : donc vue sur la route côté extérieur et dans le même hall que la chambre se trouvent les WC de l'hôtel côté intérieur. On entend les allées et venues des touristes dans l'hôtel qui se rendent au WC. Fort désagréable. La chambre est bruyante du fait de sa proximité immédiate avec la route. Un des rideaux n'est pas occultant sur un des côtés, ce qui fait qu'on a la lumière du lampadaire qui entre dans la chambre toute la nuit ! ainsi que la lumière des phares des voitures qui circulent dans la rue. Dans le placard il y a des cintres qui ne tiennent pas correctement dans leur support, ce qui fait qu'avec le poids d'une veste, la tige du cintre glisse dans son support et la veste se retrouve par terre. J'ai essayé à 3 reprises et sur plusieurs cintres. J'ai fini par abandonner et à la mettre sur la chaise du bureau. La télécommande de la TV ne fonctionne pas correctement. Bref... le séjour fut compliqué.

Small property was comfortable and suited my needs (4 day city break with my grandson).

Chambre au RDC donnant sur rue. Pas de stores, j'ai donc passe une nuit horrible en raison de la lumière et surtout du bruit.

Central to arc de triomphe and all attractions at this end, metro station around the corner, staff were excellent always on hand if needed, room was cleaned every day, close to a convenience store and plenty of restaurants.

i didn’t like the bedroom

Really nice location as it is centrally located in front of the arc de triomphe! Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping options however the wifi in my room was really unreliable as was my data. It seemed to be an issue with the room I was given cause my data/wifi worked better outside my room. Just for reference I was in room 12 downstairs... Won't recommend that room but the staff was really nice
