Extremely hot because room was way overheated in March. Very noisy in the morning with workmen in the room above me. Room wasn’t well cleaned.. dirty socks left under the chair. The lighting system was not user friendly. The room looked nice enough but there were a lot of impediments to good sleep.

Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen. Hyvät liikenneyhteydet ympäri kaupunkia. Huone oli siisti, mutta äänieristys olematon. Yhden hengen huoneesta ei ole minkäänlaista näkymää ja oma huoneeni oli kerroksessa -1. Huoneessa oli pieni jääkaappi ja vedenkeitin, siitä plussaa. Hotellin henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja palvelu oli hyvää.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und sehr klein (Deluxe). Es gab leider keinen Schrank, nur ein offenes Regal mit einer Kleiderstange und vier festen Bügeln. Man kann im Grunde nur aus dem Koffer leben. 2 Koffer sind dann schon schwierig unterzubringen. Das Fenster war leider nur einen Spalt breit zu öffnen (waagerecht) und konnte nicht festgestellt werden. Das Wlan funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Frühstück war okay-englisch + div. Blätterteiggebäck/ Croissants, 2 Sorten Toast, gek. Eier, Kochschinken, 2 Sorten Käse, Marmelade, Obst, Müllerjoghurt mit der Ecke, Tomate, Gurke, Filterkaffee, 4 Sorten Beuteltee, 2 Säfte, Milch, Cerealien…

アールズコート駅から近い事と高級住宅街のため町は綺麗です。客室はシングルルームに泊まったので大変狭かったが、清潔でした。

Great location, rooms were clean and modern with a great shower

We loved everything about this hotel! Location is excellent, situated just a few meters from the Piccadilly Line which is THE perfect line for all the London landmarks. Room was cosy and comfortable and absolutely spotless. Excellent and quality breakfast with fresh fruit, bacon, sausages etc.. The building is very pretty, outside and inside decor is very sleek and modern. Bedding is very comfortable, easy to use air-con, underfloor heating in the bathroom, and of course the kids adored the tv in the bathroom😁. Everything you need on the doorstep. We will definitely come back to this hotel next time we come to London!

Buon hotel di recente ristrutturazione. Camere grandi per gli standard di Londra. Vicino alla metro e con diversi ristoranti in zona. L'unico difetto era la stanza nel seminterrato.

Väldigt fint rum som var kliniskt rent, mysigt och bekvämt. Bra dusch och tillgång till kaffe och te och litet kylskåp med vatten. Hjälpsam personal i receptionen. Det som drar ner bedömningen från full pott var bristen på frukost på hotellet samt att det låg en musikskola vägg i vägg som var öppen på vardagarna mellan 8-17. Vill man få sovmorgon på en vardag så var det inte rätt ställe att vara på med tunna väggar även om de sjung väldigt fint.

The room was not very spacious but was satisfying overall, very clean, well furnished, the bed was comfortable and the surroundings weren't noisy. The location is perfect, staff was friendly overall. One thing to note is the 100£ deposit at the check in, which is not a standard procedure for hotels, especially not 4 star hotels.

Die Lage war war gut und das Personal freundlich. Leider war das Bett sehr durchgelegen.

Bathroom rubbish. Mirror hanging off the wall. Had to climb in the bath to put the plug in - poorly designed. Plug broke and unable to enjoy a bath as water flowing through - reported to staff. Hairs in the bath. Staff not friendly - not friendly on check in our check out. No apology for room malfunctions. Bedroom nicely decorated but tv on side wall. Unable to watch in bed. No sound on certain channels - no sound on bbc1 Would not recommend, much nicer hotels same area for same price.
