Reception area was modern and inviting but our room didn't live up to the promise. Dreary room 82 was on the lower ground floor. Small and had a door opening onto a small outside space which was filled with a noisy aircon system for the hotel. The worrying thing was other doors opened into this space, and the internal bolt on our room door was totally inadequate. There was no key operated lock on this door. There was a hair on the duvet cover. The bed was very low and had something broken inside it so that when you turned over there was a noisy clonk. The large wardrobe had only 5 hangers. So much space, so little of it useful. The best thing about the room was the hairdryer. Unlike most it was underpowered and therefore easy to style my short hair. If you've got long hair, you wouldn't like it. Can't comment on breakfast, we bought some cheaper bits from the nearby Waitrose. It was convenient for the Royal Albert Hall, but we wouldn't stay here again.

I loved this place. I was in a single room on 2nd floor and it was quiet, room clean and tidy with a comfy bed and nice bed linen. Shower was great. There was a safe in the wardrobe. Easy to walk to from underground stations. Also a 15 min walk to Natural History Museum, V&A, Royal Albert Hall. Mainly though the staff at reception were lovely and helpful. I had an issue with a gig ticket and they sorted it for me. I would have missed the event if it hadn't been for them. Would definitely recommend this place and will stay again.

The property from the outside is very nice. Our room was on the small side and did need up dating.

Perfect location for our stay, close to the underground and Hyde Park. Staff were very helpful.

La struttura si trova in quartiere molto carino e in una struttura davvero bella, la posizione è ottima ed è vicinissimo alla fermata di Gloucester Road che porta direttamente all'aeroporto di heatrow in circa 50 minuti con la Piccadilly line e la fermata in tutto è collegata a tre linee della metro. Comodo, essenziale ma buono per stare qualche notte in appoggi

Location of hotel was quite convenient as walking distance fm Gloucester St tube station. Reception staff was friendly n helpful to me. The room was awfully small even for Single occupancy with baggage.

Excellent location for using the tube to get around. The staff was professional and kind and always willing to help with questions. I would definitely recommend for a reasonable, very good stay.

I love the 3 single beds. I was there with my 2 best friends and loved the separate beds. We were able to walk safely to the Tube and loved our local Pub and other eating places. Thank you, 3 American Gals. We will be back.

O termostato estava parcialmente escondido pelo guarda-roupa (fiquei no quarto 305), de modo que não dava para enxergar a temperatura. Porém, esticando o braço você podia apertar para aumentar ou diminuir. A localização é excelente, perto da estação de metrô Gloucester Road, perto de restaurantes, mercado e farmácia. O chuveiro normal não tava funcionando direito, saindo apenas filetes de água. Tinha que usar o chuveirinho. O box do banheiro é minúsculo e não há onde colocar sabonete, shampoo, condicionador. O banheiro em si também não tem armários para você colocar as suas coisas. A limpeza do quarto é bem fraca. O hotel é silencioso.

I loved stay at The Villa Kensington, it was clean, the staff were amazing and prompt. I highly recommend staying and I will stay here again on my next trip.

A little dated but clean. Bed was comfortable. However, there is only one large towel per person. This should definitely be reconsidered. Please provide at least one more towel (small) for washing hands! The rooms are quite noisy, you have to live with that. I heard the neighbor sneezing and the ping of the elevator. The breakfast is very modest but sufficient.

The water pressure is low and room is small. Given only small bottles of shampoo and body wash, and racks not provided in bathroom to place own toiletries.

Great location on a quiet street within a close walk to the train station and to great museums, shops, and restaurants!

A really good hotel, which is located perfect for the Sightseeing in London. The room & bath were small, but modern.

Very nice hotel. Incredible staff. Not very centrally located close to "touristy" areas, but a 2 minute walk to the tube that connects you to everything. Honestly, i would stay again.
