Wonderful! The location was great, and the staff even greater. We felt very welcome. The subway was just a few steps from the entrance. Quiet neighborhood with cafés and a plaza just a few minutes’ walk away. We opted for the deluxe room for a little extra space and a balcony. The layout made it easy to keep two suitcases open, with plenty of room left for shopping bags and other clutter. Everything was clean and fresh. The fridge was nice and cold. There was always hot water in the shower (though the water pressure could have been better which is the only slightly negative thing I can think of). Would definitely stay again!

The staff is amazing! Friendly, thoughtful, and considerate, yet perfectly professional. The rooms are a bit on the small side (it’s Paris after all) and impeccably clean. Breakfast is well worth the cost, plentiful, organic Everything a person could expect from a truly European breakfast (not the crummy additive laden US kind) The hotel is centrally located, very close to Metro 7 in the 5th arrondissement, we walked to Notre Dame, the Pantheon, etc We stayed for 7 nights. I highly recommend this boutique hotel and its excellent staff

The staff is so helpful, efficient and kind. That makes a difference with the experience. The hotel is really central and has all those small perks like coffee and little pastries that make you feel very welcome and happy after all the day out

Room is very warm unless window is open. Breakfast was lovely, as were the staff. They accommodated any of our requests. Steps away from shops/restaurants. Lovely spot.

There is construction going on in the building next door, and the workers start hammering at 8 a.m. If I had known about the ongoing renovation, I might have chosen a different place to stay.

The room was spotless and cleaned everyday. Staff very friendly and helpful. The room is small but has everything you need and feels cosy. Great area right next to a metro stop and plenty of bars and restaurants.

Clean and staff were efficient and friendly

Atendimento muito bom: equipe prestativa, gentil e acolhedora. Tem café e commis! Bolo disponíveis na recepção. No térreo, tem um espaço com sofá bem agradável. Não tomei café da manhã no hotel. Quarto e banheiro são bem limpinhos. O mais quarto simples é pequeno se a pessoa estiver com uma mala grande. Se tiver só uma mala pequena, ok. A localização é EXCELENTE. O bairro mostra bem como se vive em Paris : feira, lojinhas, restaurantes e cafés frequentados pelos habitantes do bairro. E o hotel é bem perto do metrô.

All the staff were excellent very helpful polite and friendly.Rooms were spotless breakfast was superb lots of choice and very nicely presented we will return as great location nice quiet neighbourhood with metro across the road.
