What is good: convenient location, good size of the room, good bed. What could be better: a poor breakfast, not a stable wifi connection, overall condition of the building.

Très bien ! Les logements à Londres font souvent un peu peur mais ici nous avons eu une chambre spacieuse et confortable ! Nous recommandons ! Le quartier était également très sympa 😊

Great hotel and well priced for a stopover

O quarto era bastante espaçoso e confortável, o que acomodou muito bem minha família. Além disso, a equipe foi gentil e atenciosa durante toda a nossa estadia.

Quarto grande p/ o padrão de Londres. Boa localização. Cama grande e confortável. Café da manhã simples, mas satisfatório.

The breakfast selection was very good and the staff kept it well stocked and everything cleaned up. The bed was comfy and all was clean. It was nice to have parking, but a little tricky. The staff was so friendly and kind!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich - das Hotel ist auch mit der Metro sehr gut zu erreichen. Es sind in der Umgebung sehr viele Lokale und es gibt auch genug Supermärkte. Wir hatten schon einmal einen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel - und nachdem wir diesmal wieder sehr zufrieden waren - werden wir diese Hotel wieder buchen...sehr zu empfehlen...

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. 5 Min. bis zur Underground. Pubs, Restaurant und Supermarkt direkt in der Nähe. Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Frühstück war ausreichend. Wir hatten ein 4 Bett Zimmer. Betten waren gut. Zimmer für 4 Personen etwas klein, aber für einen Wochendtripp o.k. Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein. Leider, wie in sehr vielen Hotels, keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad, keine Garderobenhaken.

The hotel was good, excellent breakfast, friendly staff and excellent location. The room was comfortable.

Not having a fixed air conditioner unit allowed excessive noise into the room, bed was very hard and uncomfortable, bathroom needs renovation. Breakfast was good and reception helpful.

The location of this hotel is excellent, a 5 minute walk from the Earl’s Court tine station and a 15 minute walk to the Natural History and V &A Museums. The hotel rooms are comfortable and reasonably spacious and the staff are attentive to guest requests. My wife and I would definitely stay at this hotel on our next trip to London.

Unerwartet gutes Hotel. Die Lage etwas außerhalb aber sehr nahe an der Distrikt Line war perfekt, es war fast alles ohne umsteigen erreichbar. Gutes Frühstück und tägliche! gute Zimmerreinigung heutzutage lobenswert. Von Heathrow direkte Metro zum Hotel, es war ein Fehler die teure Schnellverbindung nach Paddington zu buchen (unser einziges Missgeschick auf der Reise). Pfund haben wir nicht gewechselt, alles ging per Kreditkarte, die Metro damit auch unproblematisch ab Heathrow.

The rooms look very outdated and they look like they need to be updated. The AC in the room barely worked, we were sweating most of the time. The air in the rooms also wasn’t very good. They had an air purifier but it barely worked. A decent cheap option but it needs an update. The staff were very nice though.

Viktig for meg er fredelig område, god offentlig kommunikasjon, behjelpelig resepsjon, hyggelig frokostsal og betjening. Alt dette fant vi her.

Very old property. Bathroom shower made a noise of some sort with noticeable black stuff in the seals. Trash outside was noisy. The staff knocked on the door a few times asking when we will check out.. this was around 1030 and check out at 11. Will not recommend.

Hotel has a great location. Our room was very quiet, which was a plus. Breakfast offered enough choices and staff was friendly. Would come here again.
