Está bien el hotel pero eché de menos que en el hotel se pudiese cenar alguna cosa que no fuese el menú del restaurante. Un bocadillo, una hamburguesa, pizza o algo ligero, ya que está alejado del pueblo y para cenar solo estaba la opción del menú del restaurante. Por lo demás muy bien. Algunos juegos o algo de animación también iría bien. Nos pilló un fin de semana de lluvia y para pasar el rato en el hotel no había mucho que hacer.

The wait staff was wonderful. Food was delicious. The room given to us smelled like sewage. There was no way when they cleaned that room they didn’t smell that. They switched our room the following date after I called wanting to check out early. We were moved to a different room without a terrace which was what we originally had but at least the new room didn’t smell like sewage. They have a game room but the arcade machine didn’t work, no darts for the dartboard and no balls for the pingpong table. This hotel could use improvements. Staff was wonderful though!

The hotel was stunning. The hotel is in the middle of the Silent Route which is stunning. I arrived by motorbike -there was a secure garage for the motorbike. Diana was excellent on reception. The hotel is a converted warehouse. It feels like no expense has been spared when it was redeveloped. It is excellent in every respect. The rooms are excellent. It had a good gym and the menu del dia in the evening was excellent. As were the two waitresses – I didn’t catch their names but one was Brazilian and one Venezuelan I arrived in March 2026, which was a quiet time so my stay was excellent value. If I was in the area, I would absolutely stay again.

El.personal amable y la habitación agradable.Sobre todo la zona común con su chimenea de leña y mucho espacio para estar.

The place was nice. The person who checked us in was lonely. We didn't get the free wine. Dinner was good, but staff were confused because our reservation was late. We recommend the hotel

Room was spotless. We had one of the rooms with the large roof top deck with a view of the valley. The hot water was a bit tricky to figure out but that washroom was beautiful and the entire place seemed beautiful and new. Didn't find the elevator till after lugging suitcases down the stairs... Not all the staff speak fluent English, but there is normally a staff member around that can help! There aren't any places near by to eat and the on site restaurant is hit and miss... Okay most nights but one night we were served completely raw pork and a side of fries. The road in and out is crazy twisty with a few blind one way sections and zero shoulders, would be scary in bad weather. Tons of bikes - probably one of the most amazing bike routes I've ever seen.

El hotel está situado junto al río Pitarque en un lugar espectacular. Edificio que antiguamente era la fábrica de la moneda y tras una cuidada rehabilitación respetando las antiguas instalaciones ha quedado increíble sin perder comodidad y modernismo. Por cierto y de agradecer, dispone de cargador para vehículos eléctricos hasta 50kW

muy tranquilo, lo visita muchos moteros Es el unico Hotel que esta en la carretera. Fuimos a visitar las pasarelas muy bonito el lugar.

El trato del personal

Posto molto particolare in un luogo particolare. Sosta molto utile se si passa dalla Ruta del silencio. Abbiamo anche cenato molto bene in questa struttura molto silenziosa. Posteggio gratuito interno.

El entorno es espectacular y las instalaciones del hotel tienen un gran potencial. La gestión actual del hotel carece del personal necesario o cualificado para hacer la estancia del huésped satisfactoria en su totalidad.

Sitio muy tranquilo en un paisaje precioso. Es un buen hotel que puede mejorar con algunas pequeñas acciones

El hotel está muy bien: las habitaciones grandes y cómodas y las cenas muy buenas. Se agradecería que se pudiese desayunar antes de las 8.30. El aparcamiento complicado: pocas plazas y dificultad para maniobrar.

It’s a unique experience. The place and atmosphere is cool! The staff were nice and helpful, accept a lady working as a server in the restaurant. She was completely lost, no idea who got what. We ended up with no bread. She also was not friendly at all. Your lucky to get a grunt for thank you. The food in the restaurant is highly over priced, very mediocre at best. I’d rate as a 3. It’s clearly warmed up, semi cold. Waste of money. The walk to the pool is nice, across the river. Unfortunately we couldn’t stay long because the flies were many and wouldn’t stop landing on us. The rooms are decent. I liked the three twin bed option. Unfortunately the bedding, particularly the top brown covering, was NOT washed. Neither was the furry brown blanket in the closet. Smelly. Looked and felt dirty. Positive: they do allow dogs, and the wifi was fast for working!

Una muy buena experiencia el hotel está en un entorno magnífico rodeado de naturaleza, justo en medio de la Silent Route, muy recomendable para los amantes de la moto y aficionados a caminar por senderos de montaña.
