quarto honesto e café da manhã surpreendente. Não é tão central, mas tem fácil acesso ao transporte público. O hotel é simples, mas é limpo e o café da manhã fez muita diferença. Voltaria a me hospedar, com certeza.

Spacious, good location, parking garage across the street had access. Flooring needed to be replaced in our room. Breakfast was excellent. Would stay again.

The room and the entire floor smelled absolutely terrible. The solution was to send the maid up to clean it. She came and said it smells fine. Finally they put us in a different room after complaining again. The rooms are very outdated and falling apart.

We just returned from Lisbon (and the surrounding areas for 2 weeks) and selected this hotel for our last night in Lisbon before flying home. We wanted somewhere close to the airport which had parking nearby for a rental car. Parking was relatively easy. After checking in they registered the license plate and we drove write in to the underground parking lot two minutes away. The vehicle was safe for the night and exiting was easy as everything was paid at the hotel. The hotel is located about 5-7 minutes from the airport. The hotel included an okay breakfast, nothing fancy but lots of options. The room was clean, but not fancy. Unfortunately we were near the elevator and noisy when people exited for the floor. The area surrounding the hotel is a park and was less touristy, more locals. We felt safe at night walking but did watch a group of citizens arrest a thief nearby. We found a great tavern and restaurant for dinner. It was what we expected and under the circumstances would recommend for parking and proximity to airport. Otherwise there are others closer to the historical area.

Amazing massage chair in the room! We’ve never seen this before anywhere! The rooftop breakfast bar gave beautiful views to look at over our meals. The rest of the hotel was a clean, older property.

It was ok we had a fire alarm activated on October 21st night around 01:00am unfortunately night staff didn’t know what to do!

Quarto de casal um pouco antigo, mas bem confortável. Acredito que todos tenham vista para a praça que fica em frente ao hotel. A estação de Metrô Alameda - que conecta as linhas verde e vermelha - está na porta do hotel e fica a 10 minutos da estação do Rossio. Para quem gosta de caminhar, entre 30 a 40 minutos se chega a importantes pontos turísticos de Lisboa, como a av Liberdade. Tem fácil também ao aeroporto. Há muitos restaurantes próximo ao hotel. O café da manhã é excelente. Há opção de estacionamento por 14 euros a diária praticamente em frente ao hotel. É possível estacionar o veículo nas ruas próximas ao hotel sem cobrança no período de 19:00 às 9:00. O staff é muito prestativo, recebemos sempre boas dicas do que precisávamos.

Room was updated and modern. Charging station. No need to use adaptors, it has USB and type C ports. Lots of pillows! Very clean room and roomy bathroom size. Great free breakfast with healthy choices. Love it! We stayed in 3 different hotels during our stay in Lisbon and this is the best! We checked in at almost 1am due to delayed flight. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Great customer service! Will definitely come back and stay here again. Highly recommended.

My booking is room for three adults which is spacious and toilet also large. The booking includes breakfast which is buffet breakfast. The location is close to one of the metro station leading to convenience of that stay.
