Good size room and great location for the station and the centre of Worcester , 15 minutes walk to racecourse. Would stay again.

I would describe the Hotel as functional but dated. It has a good health club, a bar and restaurant and the rooms have what you need. Except aircon which in this current heatwave was sorely missed. My side of the building had the afternoon sun beating down on it and because the curtains were not drawn it was like walking into an oven and it stayed like this all night. The Staff are all great and look after you well. If the Hotel had a face lift and it was modernised it would be a fantastic place to stay.

We travelled as three couples, and I booked the atay for all of us. We stayed during the hottest July on record and two couples had rooms woth literally NO aircon , and one couple have fully functioning cold aircon. Why? The fan is the rooms is just useless and the heat was unbearable ..literally! Either state that some rooms DO NOT have air-conditioning or reduce the price of rooms that dont have it. The trip really was challenging for the two couples without. Be honest. Fans are NOT a "get out of jail" card.

This hotel is very convenient for those travelling by train although car parking is well catered for. I received a asrm welcome and found my room to be clean airy and comfortable. Breakfast can be ordered the day before ensuring a more reasonable cost. The evening bar was pleasantly welcoming with a god choice of light meals avaliable. I have given a 'good ' for maintenance because during my stay one lift was undergoing maintenance. An added bonus is, like everywhere in Worcester, the cry and wail of seabirds. It is easy to imagine not being on holiday in Worcester but in bracing Torquay.

Perfect hotel to stay at. Location right opposite Foregate Street stn, short walk to everywhere I needed to be. Staff extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Stay again? If in Worcester will definitely be back.

Room very clean and equipped although noisy at night as had to have windows open, (heatwave) and in town centre so expected. Receptionist very helpful and breakfast fresh and hot.

The entrance to the hotel was lovely and staff very welcoming and helpful. It was good that you needed a room key to call a lift as it felt secure. Pool was nice but a bit tatty , old surroundings Room on 3rd floor was UNCOMFORTABLY hot with no air con ...just a small desk fan . We hardly slept due to it being too hot and stayed out of the hotel as much as possible which was not great as we were there for a sports competition and needed to rest. Food and room service not available Friday, Saturday and Sunday....WHAT???????

Friendly staff. Our room was ready early, so that was a bonus. Great location. Perfect for our night out at The Marrs Bar, just a 5 min walk. Breakfast was good. Will definitely stay here again.

The property was fantastic and to be able to use the swimming pool sauna and steam room was a bonus also could of used gym as well.The breakfast was brilliant lots to choose from well impressed

Not a friendly welcome at all! Hotels in need of some TLC, rooms way too warm but you can’t control the heat individually & opening a window meant being kept awake all night by the busy street below, even had police outside until early hours, just not a great location to stay & hotel is old & sad with miserable staff!

I have stayed many times at this property. The front desk staff are always a bonus as they always have a smile and welcoming attitude. Also, the breakfast at the hotel continues to please with the amount of selections and piping hot. However, the hotel advertises free self parking and until this current stay that was the case. Unfortunately, they have changed their process and parking was managed by a third party. Not only was it not free, it was on the expensive side of other parking lots in the area. I would suggest returning to free parking for guest because it was a major factor in choosing this hotel in the area.

Excellent check in and very helpful staff throughout. Breakfast food was hot, unlike our previous hotel. Parking excellent.

We required only a room to take a bath and sleep. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
