Always make a booking to this hotel weather it be 1 or 2 times a year Had problems in the past with it being not suitable for our party (family) But have managed to change rooms okay This time around the mattress was absolutely shocking black hairs everywhere coved the whole thing Don’t get me Wrong we were moved to the only room in the hotel basement it was so hot that neither could sleep right a bar of chocolate was water in seconds that’s how hot it was in there This time around not very good service hope they can redeem them selves

Absolutely disgusting, dirty,smelly, damp, no windows. CHECKED IN AND WENT TO ROOM AND WALKED OUT.....DID NOT STAY

Not gonna lie one of the most worst hotels I've stayed in in years. We were on the top floor no lift. Absolutely stinks. Noisy fro Underground. Staff lovely and accommodating but for £132.02 a night..... great location and lovely area but a hovel

Perfekt läge för både buss och tunnelbana till många platser. Tidig incheckning helt gratis och de förvarade våra resväskor oxå gratis till sent på kvällen. Bra frukost med omelett eller stekt ägg. Trångt på toa och dusch men vad gjör det. Städning varje dag vi var där i 5 dagar. Trevlig personal.

Norfolk Square is convenient for Paddington and Edgware Road. This is an affordable base for a few days in London which you won't be spending in a hotel room.

I had a single room on the 2nd floor which made me uncomfortable because of the marks on the corner which looked just like mould. The 2 things nice about it were the distance from Paddington station and the cheap price for a night's stay

Eine absolute Bruchbude. Wir waren schon oft in London und kennen uns auch mit Hotels in dieser Kategorie aus. Das Hotel ist allerdings nur schrecklich und stimmt anscheinend schon länger nicht mehr mit den auf der Webseite veröffentlichten Fotos überein. Nicht zu empfehlen !

It is what you pay for. The room is generally clean and was no huge problem. For the price I cannot complain at all, really good deal.

Muy cerca de la estación de tren. Restaurants y tiendas . Personal del hotel muy amables y dispuestos a ayudarte. Desayuno sabroso. El tren subterraneo te despertará a las 5:45am todos los dias.

No lo volveria Eñ precio muy caro para lo malo que es? Al llegar me dieron u a habitación con una cama pqña que apenas podia andar en la habitación. La ducha y el sanutario estaban junto osea se mojaba todo y antiguo Les reclamé y me cambiaron Un poco mejor por lo menos la cama mas grande. El baño mejor pero cuándo te ducha se moja todo y la calefacción no funciona, imaginate con el frio que hace es horrible. Lo unico bueno era el desayuno y los empleados. Busque precios hotel por la misma zona mucho mejor y mas económicos

Der er umiddelbart hvad man har behov for til et par overnatninger. Metroen kan høres, men selve området virker stille og roligt. Det vi manglede mest var et par knager til vores håndklæder. Vores værelse var ok rent. Troede vi havde bestilt med morgenmad, men fik at vide på hotellet at det havde vi ikke betalt for.

Un hotel muy viejo... Pero funcional, bien ubicado y el personal muy amable. No busca lujos pero sí tiene todo lo necesario para turismo.

Atendimento na recepção bem gentil, mas o quarto muito ruim, muito pequeno, cama péssima, aquecedor irregular, banheiro muito apertado, café da manhã deixa a desejar. Ponto positivo: a localização

Je comprends pas que l'on puisse louer ce genre de chambre. Le métro passe dans la chambre et la douche sanitaire une honte à notre époque. Ne parlons pas du petit déjeuner insignifiant. À fuir. Je comprends pas qu'hotel.com puisse suggérer un tel établissement.

Very dated which isn’t an issue however the room smelt of sewerage which was coming from the bathroom and the bathroom was unbearable with the smell. Room was right next to the breakfast room so was awoken by guests going to breakfast due to small space and walls very thin.

Had a good stay for 2 nights. Ash was friendly and helpful, breakfast was decent. Money well spent.

Pour dormir c’est passable mais le lit fait mal au dos et la propreté à revoir, nous avons demandé à taxi on a eu un membre de la famille qui tenait l’hôtel pour nous conduire à l’aéroport, le mec changer avis toute les 30seconde sur le prix au final ça nous a couté très cher
