Zentrales Hotel, mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Zimmer rennovierungsbedürftig (Farbe großflächig abgeplatzt weil wand nass aussah). Würde auch Geruch im Zimmer erklären. Keine Steckdose im Bad.

Allgemein gut

La qualité de la chambre était franchement médiocre et nauséabonde. Vieillot dans les meubles et la déco. Seul point fort la qualité de la literie.

Old hotel, very dated, quite a strong (bad) smell in the hotel. Staff not very attentive. Rooms small. Only ral positive is the location.

Hôtel vieux en attente de travaux une odeur de vielle moquette insupportable sinon lit propre ne vaut pas ses étoiles et son tarif à noter que l’accueil est bien le gardien très arrangeant

Estuvimos cuatro días y muy bien el personal y el hotel. Barato en relación a los de alrededor y cerca del centro de la ciudad como para bajar andando. Recomendado.

Hotel idéalement placé, avec un personnel très sympathique. Hélas les chambres sont assez anciennes, les moquettes sont tachées et certains équipements ne sont pas dans un état présentable (mobilier, climatisation...). La propreté générale est à revoir, la tapisserie sur certains murs se décolle (c'est pourtant pas compliqué d'y remédier rapidement). Le petit déjeuner était cher (12euros) pour un choix très restreint. Les équipes restent serviables arrangeantes et sympathiques.

The hotel was plain but very clean, staff heplfull. Bedding and bed itself was excellent, slept well. Fairly close for walking to the Centre, attractions, restaurants etc.

Tres mauvaise insonorisation de la chambre donc ca depent vraiment de votre voisinage. J etais deja venu sans en souffrir mais cette fois c’etait infernal jusqu a entendre les ronflements et les pas des voisins.... Par ailleurs 12 € le pdj c’est honteux. Allez dans un café!

Enjoyed the hotel though the room was a bit small. Room was cleaned each day, though the carpet appeared not to have been vacuumed for a while. The worst part of the hotel was arranging my airport pickup with Welcome Pickups. They were terrible. No flexibility for flight delays. I paid them twice because of a flight delay and never got picked up. Ended up catching a taxi at the airport which was very simple. The taxi was also 12 euros less expensive than the vendor. Been fighting with them for two days so far to get reimbursed. I let the hotel know.

Chambre censée être moderne : pas du tout, très vieillotte, abîmée, moquette terreuse. SDB rudimentaire mais avait l'air propre. Je nai pas vu de cafards comme dans certains autres commentaires mais nous n'y avons finalement pas dormi ma fille n'étant pas rassurée. La personne de la réception etait sympathique. Gros décalage entre la description de l'hôtel sur le net et la réalité. A vraiment besoin d'un bon gros rafraîchissement ! Je suis très déçue cest la 1ere fois que cette situation m'arrive.

Là pour 3 jours, RAS personnel sympathique, ya la clim, juste les coussins sont vraiment pas ouf mais ça fais l'affaire quitte à mettre un truc en dessous.

Great location if you’re traveling by train! Easy walk into the city centre. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Beds very comfortable and the room was clean and serviced every day. The decor needs a bit of tlc but this wouldn’t put us off staying here again.

A very convenient hotel. The room had old world charm and the front desk staff were very warm and helpful. The hallways could benefit from a refresh and there was some noise at night, but neither of these detracted from the convenient location 5 minutes walk from the train station and 20 minutes to the Capital building. Its also very close to some fabulous cafes, an excellent boulangerie and cheese store. I would absolutely return and had a wonderful experience in Toulouse overall!
