Air ventilation in the room. It was not healthy air quality. Lacked fresh air and appropriate ventilation.

Hôtel bien situé et calme, avec une décoration agréable. Malheureusement, l’accueil a été choquant : la réceptionniste a mentionné de façon déplacée que normalement l’accès aux enfants et aux poussettes est interdit, et que l’entretien d’un hôtel coûte cher. Les matelas sont inconfortables, les robinets abîmés, et il manque des commodités de base comme eau ou café en chambre. Quelques améliorations sur le confort et l’entretien seraient vraiment souhaitables.

Very Perisian, quaint, cute!

We had to book a hotel with very late notice. The Hotel Nord was awesome, we had a great stay in a lovely air conditioned hotel during an early Paris heat wave. Couple of minutes walk from metronstations, 15 mins from Arc d'Triumph. Great location and very kind and inviting team.

Very unique design hotel, safe area, very short walk to the subway station, it's basically center of Paris. We just took an RER train to this hotel from the airport , no need for taxi! We also just took a Metro to the train station to go to South of France after check out, so need need for taxi again! Our room was surprisingly spacious and well decorated. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff - Elena at the reception was amazing helping us around and in our check out day, so was Melina on the check -in day. The staff speaks multiple languages , including Russian and English which really helped me to choose between several hotels I was considering to book. Coming back to Noir hotel for sure!

Great value for money. Old cozy hotel. Relatively small rooms

This hotel was really interesting, not your chain type so expect it to be different in a good way ! Staff were good. Would recommend if you like not stopping in a standard box. Decor and bathrooms not perfect but clean and functional. Really quite so able to sleep well. Good location also!!

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Einrichtung ist alt und die Möbel abgenutzt. Währen meiner Zeit im Hotel (2 Übernachtungen) war der Lift defekt.

Que dire..... une moquette pas propre, le radiateur de la salle de bain pas propre, meme pas un pare douche sur la baignoire, mauvaise isolation car le coin fumeur rentrait dans la chambre et être au rdc pas terrible Pour le prix même pas un sachet de café
