Food needs improvement

Very clean, comfortable and warm. Excellent service. Good breakfast. Easy transport to ski lifts.

El peor hotel de mundo por favor latinos no se queden ahí, mejor busquen un departamento o otra cosa porque es muy muy viejo y muy lejos de todo y es mentira que tiene shuttle.

Great hotel

Sehr angenehmes Hotel. Besonders das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Kellner im Frühstücksraum ist top! Er verbreitet richtig gute Laune. Weiter so :-)

The hotel is lovely and just outside of town from St. Moritz with easy access to ski resort by nearby bus. The rooms are modern and spacious with nice details, cozy beds and scrumptious duvets and feather pillows. The spa area is very nice. We enjoyed a generous European breakfast as well as dinner at the hotel.

Besides a loose toilet lid, everything about the hotel was perfect.

Location is not good for me .

The front desk clerk was very nice. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub. They have comfy robes to walk down to pool. The pillows & beds were very comfortable & quiet. We ate at the Steak & more restaurant on top floor of the hotel which was superb . We Enjoyed our breathtaking views from our balcony which were picturesque. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent breakfast and service. Staff helpful and friendly. Great pool, perfect t for after day of hiking. Lots of connecting trails near by. Free bus travel and got use of cable car/ski pass. Too many hikes to do in 5 days so will happily return. Thanks for a great stay Europa.

Property was slightly outdated. No tea bags or coffee was provided in the room unless for a charge. Hotel staff was ok not super friendly and sometimes could come across a bit rude

Nice sized pool. Jacuzzi looked like it needed a thorough clean though. Matress uncomfortable- past it’s use by date.

No compulsons. No regrets

The staff is outstanding ! Kudos to the team led by Bruno, including Gabor, Gianni and Kennedy at the Restaurant !
