Very nice stay but no AC.

The staff was extraordinary in every way possible. The views were breathtaking. The only thing this place was missing was Air conditioning .

Schönes Hotel um Ausflüge rund um den See zu unternehmen und am Abend das Bad zu geniessen. Das Restaurant hat eine grosse gedeckte Terrasse. Sehr gutes Frühstückbuffet und auch schön fürs Abendessen

Spectacular view of the lake from the pool. Spa and pool were wonderful and not crowded, so it was very peaceful and relaxing and loved that there were waterbeds available to rest on. The meals were delicious, too. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great place to stay with an amazing view of the lake. The staff was super kind and helpful. It was a long walk to the bus station with luggage for my trip out the next day and they were able to arrange a ride for me and sent me with a sandwich since I had to leave before breakfast started. Very thoughtful. The pools are a great amenity and the spa menu looked amazing. Comfortable bed too.

Das Hotel scheint kaum 4* zu verdienen, jedenfalls, was die Zimmer anbetrifft. Der Eingangsbereich sowie die Terrasse und der Gartenbereich sind sehr schön, aber die Zimmer sind im Preis/Leistungsverhältnis doch sehr überteuert. Das Bett war mit einer sehr dünnen Matratze und schietschend sehr unbequem und allgemein wirkte unser Zimmer alt, gebraucht und erneuerungsbedürftig. Lage und Aussicht des Seezimmers hingegen sind sehr schön. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig.

Zum Duschen über die Badewanne zu steigen na ja! Duschwand nicht stabil..... Bettdeckebezug hatte ein Loch! Lärm von der Terrasse störte. Essen, Service und Sauberkeit super!

Very nice hotel with excellent view , pool/sauna/spa, and restaurant was superb with a nice view. Highly recommend.

The stay was great and the staff was fantastic in accommodating us after Delta lost our luggage for several days. Roy at the front desk went out of his way to help us with only the clothes we were wearing. Breakfast was great with a lot of choices. Only downfall is the property has no A/C. Being from the U.S. in particular Tampa, Florida it’s hard to sleep without A/C. The room can get quite hot, so be prepared. Aside from that everything else was great.

Wir würden wieder kommen. Uns hat vor allem der grosse Wellness Bereich gefallen. Pool innen ist eher klein, Pool aussen ist relativ gross und man hat eine super Aussicht auf den See. Unser Zimmer (Arven Zimmer) ist etwas kleiner als vorgestellt. Grund hierfür ist das in der Mitte des Zimmers eine Art Reduit hat wo sich auch der Safe befindet. Die Idee dies zu separieren ist nicht schlecht aber das Zimmer ist dadurch gefühlt kleiner. Bad und Balkon sind grosszügig. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne zum duschen was auch nicht ideal ist. Für ein Wochenende aber trotzdem gut und wie gesagt, der Balkon und die Aussicht macht einiges wett :-) Essen (morgen und Abend) war sehr gut.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful food and very good service. Their valet service needs improvement as my husband was harassed by a police office when he pulled up and no valet was present.
