The hotel is in a central location making it convenient to walk in either direction. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean, the beds comfortable. The food at both dinner and breakfast was really good. We woke up to a snowy morning and it was awesome to go out on my balcony for pictures.

Guests must be aware that you will see NO reception staff after 3pm or in the morning. There is no one available to provide advice, or an extra pillow etc. The man who ran the breakfast was very nice, though. Although the hotel is quaint, our room was in need of a refresh. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. There was no coffee maker or kettle. For the price we had to pay we were very disappointed in our room. It was expensive and certainly not worth the money.

Our experience at Hotel Blumental was absolutely amazing! Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations—the cozy the stunning mountain setting It’s the kind of place that leaves lasting memories. We will always remember our time here and would return without hesitation. Highly Recommended

A good experience

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were a traditional European breakfast buffet. Fully stocked and very delicious. Room was perfect for my wife and I. The bed was wooden and creaked a lot if you moved at all on it. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The stay at the Blumental Hotel was fantastic. The reception and staff are very kind and helpful, the room was clean and everything functioned well. The breakfast was, although simple, very good and tasty and varied enough for my taste.

The room and view were excellent. The housekeeping was terrible. First day they did nothing but made the bed, leaving dirty towels on the floor. The second day they never came. We ran out of TP and had to go to the common restroom to get some, not so cool.

Small room with shared balcony, door to balcony through bathroom, absolutely no frills and very noisy from street and other inconsiderate guests. Grumpy breakfast staff. Good points were comfy bed and view of mountains between buildings. Wouldn’t recommend especially not at the price

Room had amazing view of the mountains and a little balcony where we sat just taking in the views and the sounds of the birds, cow bells, and thunder. It was a very clean and comfortable modernized room. Loved the bed! No elevator, but I loved the rustic vibe. Front desk very friendly and helpful.

Views were absolutely phenomenal, don't think there is a single room without a great view. Accommodations are simple, but well executed. Beds were comfy, breakfast (included in my stay) was awesome, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and nothing but kind and helpful. Perfect location right below the Allmendhubel. 100% would stay here again. Traveled with a toddler and felt super comfortable.

Liked the location. Not too far from from the furnicular. Really appreciated that the front desk called to inform us that they would leave the keys & check in instructions for us as they closed at 5pm & we were scheduled to arrive at 7pm. Room was small. Breakfast was basic. Both considering the price that was charged.

Great for ski, close to almendhubel train. No real hotel bar or downstairs relaxing area once shop closes as 18.30. Reception closes early.

The hotel made me feel like I was in Switzerland and not in a generic hotel that could be found anywhere. The staff were amazing. The breakfast was perfect, a great way to start our day of hiking. The location was great, central to everything we wanted to do.

Probably the only complaint is that the room was too hot, even with turning down the heat all the way. The down comforters are more for a room that is heated to about 15 C (60F). Our breakfast was very nice, and delicious!

Our room was very plain and rather uncomfortable. The breakfast was plain, but good and filling. The area is the most beautiful place on earth.
