Nice little romantic hotel

Me tocó la hab n•9, muy descuidada la verdad, la manija de la puerta rota, el espejo de la puerta del closet roto, el techo descamado de la humedad, no había chanclas y tampoco agua caliente en la ducha! Un desastre

A cozy hotel in a beautiful village, great if you want a quieter and more scenic atmosphere. Finding parking can be a little hectic, but there are several lots nearby with both paid & free spots. We loved the views, the nearby restaurants, and the staff was helpful although there is no “formal” reception area, pretty much self check-in. The pool and back patio are definitely a highlight! The honesty bar was also super convenient.

The biggest problem - to get there and to get anywhere from there.. Arriving by the train, we waited in Soller for several hours to try and get a taxi to the hotel. I contacted the hotel but was only referred to a taxi number that had no cars. When finally getting there, we wanted to explore the area but the busses are small and get's full so you are denied entry, taxis does not come when a tourist call, and as usual no help at all from the hotel - we had to go to a nearby restaurant to get help to book a transportation.

The area is beautiful and the view from my room was wonderful. The checkin was a bit tricky but I arrived early to figure it out. The plaza and restaurants are within walking distance. Once you find parking it is not too far away but you can not drive up to the property since it is in a small village street. Overall very peaceful but the artwork is a bit odd. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

The reception and breakfast room staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even going out of their way to assist us in any way they could. The housekeeping staff were slow, slightly disorganised - could use better supervision and management

I booked this hotel because of the look of the pool that backs up onto a orchard but I was extremely disappointed when I realized they’ve cut down the trees in the photos and now have a cloth covering the view of the mountains. I think they need to update their photos of the pool area as to not mislead people.

We had an amazing stay. The hotel and the surroundings are absolutely stunning and unique. As a foodie the breakfast must be mentioned as a big plus. One of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had; simple, good quality and delicious. We can highly recommend this hotel!

This was a spectacular hotel! The view was like no other, the breakfast buffet (included) was delicious and included GF options. The hotel itself had the old town charm but was upgraded to be extremely comfortable and with all the amenities! It is super well located as well.

Amazing location with spectacular views of the mountains. Regrettably, the hotel was locked when we arrived at 2.30 pm and we spent over 1.5 hours, outside the building until a resident guest let us in. We had not received the entry code and were not the only couple waiting. Nobody from the hotel was available to answer the door or phone calls. Other points of concern were an intermittent unpleasant smell in our room and on checking out had to pay in full when the invoice from Expedia/Hotels.com stated we had already made a pre-payment. A shock and upsetting. Communication to guests via the booking platform seriously needs addressing. Maybe we were just unlucky and I will be contacting Expedia/Hotels.com on my return.

Fab hotel - amazing location. Our room was great with the terrace looking out to the mountains. Fab value for money and would stay again.

Absolutely loved Fornalutx and the village, the hotel was so peaceful and quiet and was lovely to be away fro the crowds of Palma. Totally recommend a couple of nights.👌
