I stayed here with my family for my 40th birthday, and the team went above and beyond to make it special. From a surprise champagne toast at breakfast to personalized room touches I didn’t even have to request, everything was perfect. I’m so grateful to the staff for making my stay unforgettable. I would absolutely come back again!

Super smukt hotel, god morgenmadsbuffet og sødt personale. Eneste minus var at der var en del myrer på værelserne.

I loved this hotel. Everything was perfect — the room and its size, the breakfast, the pool, the access to the beach, and all the other services. This hotel is practically the highlight of my trip to Madeira.

Amazing property

Der Poolbereich mit direktem Wasserzugang an den Felsen ist der Wahnsinn! Wunderschöne Anlage, tolle Bar und super Personal!

We stayed there for long weekend ahead of moving to property in Funchal. Excellent modern hotel with emphasis on sustainability. The only suggestion I'd make is when you book the pictures you see of the hotel with sea access is the sister hotel the Galomar. I thought we had booked this. Doesnt really matter as Galomar is literally 5 mins walk away.

We had an awesome room with ocean view and were treated to champagne and a romantic set up as a welcome gift for our honeymoon. The Oceanside pool and spa was beautiful. The breakfast and dinner buffet had great variety and price was reasonable. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful view, nice facilities/ restaurant s/ bar. Relaxing

The room AC was not working during our stay. The hotel could not fix it and we could not sleep properly during our stay. The room given to us was a pigeon hole with a distant view of the sea and was totally different from the pictures shown before booking. Buffet dinner was terrible with a server named Sonia showing bad attitude. While the view outside the hotel and possibly some rooms may have good views, it was a very disappointing experience. Will not go back there or recommend it to anyone else either.

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Hotel in toller Lage mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Gutes Fitnessstudio und schön gelegene Bar mit täglicher Livemusik. Bis auf einige Ameisen im Zimmer und den wenigen kostenlosen Parkplätzen im Hotelbereich gab es nichts zu bemängeln . Jederzeit gerne wieder .

Bel hôtel, petit déjeuner varié, les différents espaces sont agréables (bars, piscines, restaurants..), la chambre était confortable et calme

Vielen Dank für die super entgegenkommende Serviceleistung. Nachdem in der Nacht um 3:00 Uhr unser Abflug gecancelt wurde fanden wir dieses Hotel, um einen Tag länger auf den Abflug zu warten. Obwohl wir regulär erst um 14 Uhr hätten das Zimmer beziehen können wurde das erste freigewordene Zimmer am Morgen für uns hergerichtet und so konnten wir schon um 9:30 Uhr das Zimmer beziehen und wir uns vom Stress der Nacht ausgiebig erholen. Nochmals herzlichen Dank!!!

Our flight home was cancelled, so we booked two last minute rooms here. Did not disappoint. Beautiful property, good food, right on ocean with ladders descending into the water (or you can just jump in off the cliffs). A really delightful final night in Madeira! Would gladly stay here again (and for longer).
