We booked this due to location as our daughter is living in Barcelona for a year - we had reservations as usually pick a hotel but was very pleased with the accommodation and the friendly staff

The main reason for choosing this hotel was the availability of a two-bedroom apartment and the advertised on-site laundry facilities. Unfortunately, we discovered that laundry services for guests have not been available for over a year, although the website still indicates otherwise. The apartment is spacious and well laid out, offering good potential for a comfortable stay. However, it would benefit from greater attention to detail and maintenance. The listing mentions a coffee maker, but only a small espresso machine suitable for two people was provided instead of a standard drip coffee maker. No dish towels were available, which are useful even with a dishwasher. There were also no placemats for the dining table, and the cutlery was of poor quality. Wine glasses were not provided, which was unexpected. In one of the bedrooms, there was no bedside lamp, and we had to request one to be added. The living area would also benefit from softer lighting, as the bright ceiling fixtures make it less comfortable for relaxing in the evening. Basic amenities could be improved. No hand soap was available in either the kitchen or the bathroom, and the small bottles of shampoo and shower gel were not replenished once used. Overall, while the apartment is spacious and conveniently located, the lack of attention to these details made the experience fall short.

Great apartment very close to many tourist attractions but far enough way to be peaceful. A Lidl just round the corner to stock up the mini kitchen. Friendly staff. One minor thing. The apartment only has overhead lights, no lamps etc

The location allows access to the key landmarks via a 15-20 minute walk or via subway (station 5 minutes away) or bus (many stops close). Restaurant options around the hotel are mostly Asian but you will find other possibilities within 10 minutes. We had a room with a kitchenette, which was convenient. However, it would be helpful for customers to add a few items: proper wine glasses (there were only 2 cognac glasses), a few more plates, saucers, bowls and cups. Reception staff was helpful when needed.

Our room on the 3rd floor faced the courtyard. Room was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had enough stuff to make meals. Shops on the block were nice. Staff was friendly. Laundromat about a block away.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It was quiet with a comfortable bed and wonderful shower. The kitchen area was well designed with all the necessary equipment. The staff were very friendly and the area was a short walk to the main tourist areas.

Nice little apartment. Living room furniture could use some updating. We didn't use the kitchen but it seemed stocked well enough. Felt very safe in the area and within the apartment. The staff at the front desk was very helpful for advice on restaurants and also to get us a cab when we were ready to leave. We appreciated that we could leave our bags there after checkout until we were ready to go to the airport.

My experience was terrible. They stole my money. 100% of it smelled bad! The apartment looked bad! I spoke to the owner because I didn't want to stay because of the conditions, and she didn't give me any money back or help me at all! A very bad experience.

Good area, walkable to many touristy places and grocery and bakery across the street.

Wish I found this place the first time I came to Barcelona 10 months ago! Would stay here again for sure

Great property management

Property was not clean. Safe deposit box did not work, front desk person told me that they would fix it next day, which never happens. Four different person worked in the front desk while we were there. Except one of them, the other three never replied to us when we said hi. They acted like They did not care whether we were there as a guest or not. I would not stay there again.

It’s a OK hotel

Supergroot en net appartement op fijne locatie. Veel ruimte met volledige keuken,airco en zelfs een vaatwasser. Om de hoek diverse supermarkten en bakkers,.cafés. vijf minuten lopen van twee metrostations. Bedden lagen prima en lekker groot. Geen geluidsoverlast gehad en ontvangst was prima. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Spacious, great ventilation, nice balcony, very clean, great location, with parking, in the heart of the city. A very practical choice, good value.

This apt was sooo comfortable but the area is a little noisy. We had everything we needed within walking distance including a great laundry. We were able to see all the important sites on foot and the local restaurants were very good. There is a bakery on the corner that was very good and three grocery stores right there. So convenient. The front desk was manned and helpful. I would def stay here again.
