Clean room, comfortable bed. Helpful and friendly staff. Good variety of choice at breakfast. Free hot drinks afternoon/early evening. I really cannot fault the hotel itself. My only dislike was that the hotel was located right on the edge of a rough neighbourhood which left me feeling uncomfortable when outside. My advice on leaving the hotel is to turn right, not left!

No dia que chegamos a noite, não irei recordar o nome de quem nos recepcionou. Uma pessoa gentil, educada e nos explicou onde estava tudo na cidade e isto foi incrivel. Café da manha maravilhoso. Só que a recepcionista da manhã, meu Deus, nao faz a menor questão de ser gentil, agradeci 3x e as 3 fui ignorada. Tocou no meu quarto as 11:50 não sei por qual motivo no dia do check-out. E se eu já sei do horário, se eu ficasse um período a mais, me cobrasse, mas nao seja incoveniente. TIrando esta questão da recepcionista, o hotel limpo, localização excelente, as camareiras e as moças que nos serviam no café são muito atenciosas, recomendo muito quem tiver passando por Barcelona.

Camera piccola ma pulita e fubzionale. Letto comodo. Manca bidet. Zona strategica a pochi passi dalla rambla e dalla zona università.

兎に角、立地は最高です。観光地へのアクセス、旧市街地へのアクセス、そしてバルやレストラン、カフェも沢山あり、楽しかったです。

Wonderful hotel. Incredible staff. Great room

The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful with giving directions to great restaurants and shopping areas. The room was extremely clean. The bathrooms were oversized and it was very quiet and comfortable. I would definitely come back to this hotel again.

This hotel is located in what seemed a shady neighborhood at first, but then realized it’s away from the touristy areas and actually located in a great party of town, close to many restaurants and bars

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a selection of hot foods & continental. Room was tiny. It lacked any facilities to hang your clothes. Great location though!

Great welcoming staff! Friendly. Room was excellent. Location is great. Pricing is competitive breakfast was yummy. We told the front desk note before we had to leave for airport before breakfast opened and they made a takeaway for us and called a cab for us.

Friendly and competent staff. I got assigned a second room after experiencing the first night. The rooms are not sound proof and the hall is very loud. Rooms and bathrooms are clean

Helpful and friendly staff, good location, comfortable and cleanliness beds. AC was set up at 26*C so was not cool to us . Shower stand was not that clean ( to us ) . Overall is ok for that location .

The location is exceptional, the personnel is very nice and helpful! A toilet brush in the room would have been great. The bed was very comfortable, but you could hear the people next to the room.
