This hotel met my needs exactly. I am a man traveling alone. I wanted to be near the center of town, the Piazza. I wanted a simple room that was clean and had a low price. The hotel was all of these. They did not have breakfast. The staff was helpful. My needs were limited, but this hotel turned out to be a perfect choice.

This is a 3-star hotel, and it matches that classification. The location is truly excellent – it couldn’t be better. If your room faces the piazza, it can be quite noisy until around 4 AM, but once the windows are properly closed, you can sleep peacefully. The hotel is very clean, including the bathrooms, which are well maintained and have a spacious, comfortable shower. The building is historical, which probably explains the lack of an elevator – something that is definitely noticeable if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues. Breakfast is not served inside the hotel, but at a nearby partner café. It’s very basic: just a coffee and a croissant, nothing more. Overall, a decent experience. L’edificio è storico, e questo spiega probabilmente l’assenza dell’ascensore – una mancanza che si sente, soprattutto con bagagli o per chi ha difficoltà motorie. La colazione non viene servita in hotel, ma in un bar convenzionato nelle vicinanze. È molto semplice: solo un caffè e un cornetto, niente di più. Nel complesso, esperienza ok, darò 4 stelle.

The hotel is located at the center of major tourist attractions, restaurants and transportation. The furniture and fixtures are old but the hotel is very clean. No elevator or food available at the hotel. Great views from the room.

Our stay was ok, loved the ambience of the hotel and the proximity to the main plaza and Cathedral.

Es gab kein Aufzug, 65 Stufen in den dritten Stock mit Koffern. Es gab keine Parkplätze obwohl diese beworben wurden. Es gab keinen Frühstücksraum obwohl dieser beworben wurde. Das Frühstück gab es in einer Kaffeebar auf dem Platz. Ein Getränk und ein Kaffeestück waren das erweiterte regionale Frühstück. Der Föhn im Zimmer war defekt; die Dusche war nur für schlanke Menschen begehbar die einen BMI von unter 25 haben. Die Zudecken waren teilweise mit Flecken, zerrissen und sehr alt. Positiv waren die Lage, die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die funktionierende Klimaanlage.

Very very good location at the main square. Easy to find, friendly staff. I really like this place. Youre close to everything. AC and bathroom ok. The bed wasnt the best. No elevator and narrow satirs. Small breakfast included.
