Me gustó la piscina,la ubicación,las vistas. No me gustó: las instalaciónes descuidadas, falta el agua de cortesía en la habitación,si quieres alguna bebida tienen horarios sin servicio,cobrar el parking es de muy poco detalle 5* LUJO. AMENITIES ni uno nada ( cepillo,gorra ,etc)

La struttura è sicuramente degli anni 90 con qualche ritocco qua e la recente. In sé una bella struttura. Camere enormi. Silenziose. Purtroppo la colazione a buffet molto negativa. Scarso cibo e di dubbia qualità. Non so come possano avere un 5 stelle come Hotel perché al massimo potrebbe averne 3. Sono affiliati Melià ma degli Hotel Melià non hanno proprio nulla e li conosco bene. Peccato. Il vero lato negativo è proprio la colazione. Personale gentile.

Desayuno es muy mal y no en el nivel de 5 estrella hotel. Sobre todo había un grupo de chinos de casi 50 personas y vaciando todo s platos de la comidas . Encima con solamente una persona de staff . Que pena el único fallo de este hotel. Gracias

Habitaciones super espaciosas, genial para los niños. Las camas muy comodas y el jacuzzi les ha encantado tambien.

More or less empty in March

De kamer was heel schoon. Alleen het ontbijt viel tegen. Alles was koud. Personeel was heel vriendelijk. Het hotel ligt fantastisch voor het Alhambra.

Most of the hotel was closed due to the time of year. No bar open, no restaurants etc. This was not made clear when booking and we specifically looked for a place with options for dining. The kids were excited to use the Jacuzzi after a long day on the ski slopes but they were charging €100 per hour for the four of us (again, no surcharge mentioned on the booking platform). We had to ask for water to be replenished in the room which seemed strange for a five star hotel. The room was a good size for a family of four. Out of season, I would say this is more a three star hotel with hidden costs which need to be clearer.

Not enough staff working, we had to wait for 15min behind just one check in to be able to checkout because we needed a card to get out of the parking, felt like being taken hostage. Other than that, the view from some of the rooms can be good. But depending on the room. It is a bit far from the center of the city.

This is a very strange hotel in that it puts itself out as being grand, and decorated the lobby in a grand fashion, but the rooms themselves are incredibly sterile and basic. It's like they had great aspirations when they built the hotel but ran out of money when the time came to decorate the rooms. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. There are very limited options for dining in the area (basically one Italian restaurant).

Lo peor las camas, no eran nada cómodas. Lo mejor es el café del desayuno.

Hôtel très bien pour la famille et même les enfants. Cocktail de bienvenue offert sur le rooftop avec une belle vue sur les montagnes et Granada. Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. Les chambres sont très propres. Nous avons eu celle avec le jaccuzi. Spacieuse et au calme.

Séjour en famille avec 3 enfants et mon mari les chambres étaient vieillissantes et auraient besoin de rafraîchissement, fourmis dans notre salle de bains , petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur d’un palace et restauration pour le déjeuner et le dîner inexistante

Muy tranquilo y silencioso, bien comunicado en coche y gran amplitud de la habitación. Nos ha gustado menos la altura de la ducha.
