The staff was really nice, our flight was delayed and we had to check in really late, they were still super kind. However, the A/C in the room where our kids were meant to sleep was broken. The front desk person came in, tried to fix it, and then said “it’s dead.” My husband then had to suggest moving the cot into the main room. There was no apology or attempt to move us to a different room. Hopefully they get that one fixed/replaced.
