My stay was great. Location of the hotel was great, room was clean.

Extremely clean room. Personnel was extremely courteous. They brought me extra blankets. The people at the breakfast even proposed to me a different kind of mustard that went better with the white sausage. Amazing service all up.

Perfect location-easy walk to everything including transit. Helpful staff and wonderful breakfast.

Konumu çok iyiydi. Yakındaki diğer otellerle karşılaştırdığımda fiyatı daha ucuzdu. Havlular çarşaflar ve oda temizdi. Sıcak su ve internet vardı. Ekstra yatak büyük ve rahattı. Tek beğenmediğim tuvaletin biraz sararmış olmasıydı.

Overall, the hotel was great! Only issue I had was the bed was so hard, no give or cushion to it. Pillows are hotel pillows...not the best. This hotel is in Alstadt (Old Town) Munich and is very close (2-3 min walk) to Marienplatz train station and lot of the sights (Marienplatz, Viktualienmarkt, St. Peter). The staff were amazing and they will hold your luggage for as long as you need while exploring, even after you check out. If I come back to Munich, I'd definitely consider staying here again.

Very friendly staff and great breakfast

A disappointment overall. Great location, professional staff and a very good breakfast buffet but the room was small, carpet was dated and dirty and the bed was not comfortable (my wife hardly slept as she could feel the springs). Church chimes at 7 am are interesting but very loud and went on for some time. Not the hotel to pick if you want to sleep in but a decent choice if you want to be central and get up early.
