This hotel was reasonably priced in comparison to others we stayed at in Lucerne and Zurich. The views from the room balcony were impeccable and the alps are stunning. The staff were very kind and gave us help as needed. Breakfast offered some good options and seemed on par with other options around town. The hotel offered a large breakfast/picnic area and lobby where you can get drinks and the tea is complimentary! Two things I think you should be aware of prior to arriving: 1) the space is small, we felt crowded with bringing two carry ons and one checked bag and 2) there is no AC (most places we visited in grindelwald did not seem to have it) so windows will have to stay open at night for air circulation. This was a big deal for us as we are sensitive to heat and also there was a music festival down the street one night and a movie playing on the street another. Overall, I would recommend this place for impeccable views and the friendly staff! Thanks for a lovely stay

Very close to train station but most aweful breakfast while we were in Europe We were told that we would have a breakfast to go on one morning when we had early departure . Front desk reception was No where to be found . The hotel is clean & not noisy so that is a plus It is directly across the street from sportzendrum While staying in Grindlewald they do give you a discount pass for bus train & sports center I would stay in interleuken if I had to do it again . The folks in Grindlewald businesses are not appreciative of tourist AT ALL

The breakfast was not very good. Very few choices. Not at all what I was expecting. But while it was the worst I had experienced in Europe for this trip, it still beat trying to go out to find a place for breakfast. On the morning PRIOR to us leaving, I let the manager know I would need an early morning Go-Breakfast. Not only did I not get that, there was no one at the desk. I had to just leave my key in a designated place. As for the balcony view, it was PERFECT!! This hotel is located SO CLOSE to the train station and is located next to a chocolate shop, shopping is not far from here, and the trails are literally across the street. There is also an indoor pool across the street at the sports complex. I would say to go to the indoor pool there only if you are desperate to entertain your children. It is not a great facility. But as for Hotel Bernerhof Grindelwald, would I stay there again if I had to return to Grndelwald,yes, I would.

Rent rom, gode senger. Det var over 20 grader ute på natten, savnet air-condition på rommet. Frokosten var enkel.

I had a beautiful stay here. The location and view of the Eiger from the hotel terrace are amazing. I wish they would allow visitors to sit and relax there past 9 PM but I guess it makes sense to keep it quiet for the surrounding hotel rooms. The breakfast in the morning was also really good. The hotel has a fan in the room but the room was still really hot so maybe a portable A/C would be nice to offer guests in the heat of summer. Overall I really enjoyed staying here.

The hotel was in a convenient location easily accessible to the train station and bus access. Grocery, restaurants and shopping were within easy walking distance and Grindelwald First Gondola was less than 1/2 a mile away. The staff were friendly and the daily breakfast was fresh and yummy! The rooms are somewhat dated with very small bathrooms but clean and functioning. Would stay again.

全般に良かったですが、特に朝食が良かったです。 4連泊しましたが、3時頃戻った時にまだ部屋の準備ができていないことがあり待たされました。

호텔 레스토랑 직원의 인종 차별적인 고객 대우가 아주 인상적이었다. 고객의 식당 용기 사용의 작은 실수에 불같이 화를 내는 직원의 태도에 놀라울 뿐이다. 거기에 있으니까 가는 식다일 뿐이다.

Aimee was wonderful. Made us feel welcome and even helped with directions and suggested some local activities and shared the discount code. Great service.

The staff was excellent and went out of their way to be helpful-whether it was extra towels, directions to Lauterbrunnen, or providing extra ice, they were wonderful and did it with a smile. All staff was multi-lingual, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

otel in konuma tam merkezde sabah kahvaltısını kar lı dağlara bakarak yapabiliyorsunuz. tren istasyonu ve otobüs duraklarına 2-3 dakika mesafade çalışanlar ilgili odalar temiz. kahvaltısının bizimle benzerliği yok gözünüzde büyütmeyin ama rahatça doyar ve kahve keyfinizi manzara bakarak yapabilirsiniz.hemen yanında avm ve market var. otelin hemen arkasında ücretli otoparkı var.

Our room got a nice view of Eiger mountain. Staff are helpful, room facilities are basic. Bathroom is newly renovated and clean, but shower water temperature is not stable and water pressure was on low side. Down side is no air conditioning, only fan is available, which is not adequate for summer. My chocolates melt, and I can’t sleep due to hot nights,
