Bellissima camera con bel balcone che dà sul mare

Eccellente soggiorno di una notte, complice anche la situazione meteorologica favorevole che ci ha permesso di pranzare all’aperto in veranda, coccolati da un servizio impeccabile, al tavolo, all’accoglienza fino al momento del commiato tutto il personale incontrato interagiva con professionalità e con il sorriso. Veramente un’oasi di pace e serenità che ci ha permesso di ricaricare le batterie prima dei festeggiamenti di fine anno.

L’Oasi di Kufra si conferma una gran bella struttura. Nonostante fossimo in pieno inverno, tutto era curato come se fosse estate.

O Hotel deve ser espetacular no verão, com muita estrutura para atender aos hóspedes. Mas na época que fomos, novembro, já está parcialmente desativado, o que atrapalha um pouco a estadia. O restaurante é espetacular. Comi o melhor atum da minha vida. Recomendo. Os atendentes da portaria só falam italiano e inglês. Acho que deveriam falar espanhol pelo menos. Exigir português já seria demais num local tão isolado. Aliás, o deslocamento da estação de trem em Priverno-Fossanova para Sabudia e depois para o hotel é uma verdadeira aventura em novembro. Tudo fechado, não tem uber e nem táxi. Na ida pagamos a passagem de ônibus para o motorista até Sabaudia e depois andamos 25 min a pé com as malas. Na volta, não conseguimos comprar a passagem de ônibus pois o motorista não vende e era domingo e estava tudo fechado, fomos salvos por uma senhora que nos vendeu as passagens que ela tinha. Incrível.

Mit Pool geworben, nur gegen Aufpreis ein kleiner vorhanden. Das Personal kaum bemüht gewesen. Schlechtes Frühstück, Personal verbesserungswürdig.

Everything was perfect! Sad we could only stay for one night. We’ll be back.

Abbiamo dormito nella struttura Lake (quindi non sul mare ma sul lago). Ristrutturazione recente con piscina, campo da beach volley e due campi da padel. Personale molto gentile, molto carina la veranda per la colazione. Le nostre camere erano molto pulite e recenti ma un po' piccole.

Bella struttura

Great location right on the beach. AC was great. All the employees were great. The biggest issue for us was the food. It was not great. We ordered dinner one night and my pasta was so salty, it felt gritty. My husband did not like his risotto at all. We paid almost 30 euros per plate. We ended up going to town for dinner every night. The breakfast was just ok. They had one toaster for bread that did not work well, so there was always a line.

Great room and beach facilities

Poor staff. Late check in, room not ready & refused to hold luggage. Broken lift. Extra cost for pool, gym, sunbed. Gym not open. Tired bathroom & poor cleaning. Reception not maned to voice concerns. Please contact if you would like details. This is a hotel that we have visited & loved for many years. Unfortunately a really poor experience this year.

Personale alle reception sia lake dove ho soggiornato che sea ai limiti della maleducazione. Stanze minuscole e bagno essenziale. Nessun confort per il prezzo pagato. Unica menzione positiva per il personale di sala del lake davvero cordiale.

We would rate this 4.8. It was a wonderful location. The beach is gorgeous, and the breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly, and extremely accommodating. We did get a Sea view, but really because it was in the high 90s we had to keep our shutters closed because of the heat. The air conditioning worked OK but with the high temperatures, it was just a lot for it to handle. You could go out on the balcony to enjoy the sea view if you wanted to. We would definitely come back!

Oasi is a terrific spot right on the beach. It is rare that one can find a good hotel with great food and atmosphere and where you exit and you are right on the beach with a only a couple of rows of umbrellas and a calm, clean sea to swim in. The only drawback is the AC that does not seem to work well in all the hotel rooms and the normal wear and tear of the hotel that should be fixed in certain parts. Nonetheless we had a terrific week at Oasi and we will certainly recommend it and come back.

Super confusing check in, no proper clear instructions, we were sent from one building to another and almost sent back to the initial. Same with check out - if you position yourself as a luxury 4* why do you save on a receptionist ? I wouldn’t call this hotel child friendly- one of the reasons I booked it was the pool which looked toddler friendly but then I discovered that it’s from 14y.o+. And I haven’t seen this information on Expedia page, where I booked the hotel. And you need to pay extra for it. Haven’t seen a single person by the pool. Another problem is the AC that was turning on on its own all the time and it was super cold on the warmest setting. The hotel is nice and modern, but people working there seemed more annoyed than happy to assist and we didn’t need assistance so idk what’s their problem. Overall would not recommend this place for a family, but probably could be fine for couples.
