Zentral gelegen, Nähe Westbahnhof. Die Appartements sind sehr gross, sauber und in der Küchenecke hat es alles, damit man sich selber verpflegen kann. Tägliche Reinigung der Zimmer. Man schläft sehr gut in den Betten. Eigentlich ein Geheimtip, zum sich günstig in Wien aufzuhalten.

We overall enjoyed our 4 night stay. There was miscommunication at the start, where one male receptionist insisted over email that we had not paid for the room, and Expedia could not resolve the issue quickly. This caused unnecessary anxiety as we had to do remote check-in at night. The female receptionist the next morning helped to clarify that payments went through. The room is spacious, warm and clean. The tap was installed a bit funnily (rotates about 90 degrees instead of 180 degrees), but otherwise not much issue. Fire alarm went off one night but it was quickly resolved.

Loved the room, it’s huge and has everything we needed. Location is fantastic - 1) walking distance to Westbahnhof, a transport node where you can conveniently get to everywhere, 2) lots of good eateries around the hotel. BIG kudos to housekeeping. Apartments are notoriously hard to maintained (especially the kitchen), but the room was extremely clean!

The hotel is excellent. Everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and both the housekeeping and reception staff were very helpful. The view from the Zebra room is absolutely stunning.

Ficamos nesse hotel de 03 a 07/dez. Bom atendimento. A sala é bem espaçosa, o quarto é pouco apertado, mas tem armário grande na lateral. Cama confortável. Banheiro limpo com ducha quentinha. Cozinha equipada. Limpeza foi feita diariamente. Hotel bem localizado, perto de metrô e estação de trem Wien Westbahnhof, levando ao centro da cidade, por exemplo. No entanto, para o aeroporto, como o voo foi cedo, tivemos que pegar Uber, encarecendo o trajeto. Fizemos vários passeios a pé, pois gostamos de caminhar pela cidade. Café da manhã, básico, simples, mas compatível com o valor da refeição. Porém, de maneira geral, comparando a outros hotéis que estivemos em Viena, não achamos que foi o melhor custo-benefício.

객실은 적당했고 직원도 친절하였습니다. 그러나 숙박시설 내 금연 안내가 잘 안되것 같습니다. 건물 계단에서 담배를 피우는 사람이 있었고 그 연기가 객실로 들어와 불편했습니다.

I stayed in this apartment hotel with my family for three nights. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and well equipped, with a fridge, kettle, and cooking utensils. It also had a balcony with a pleasant view. The apartment hotel featured the owner’s modern and stylish artwork on the wall. Breakfast was not included, but it could be added for an additional €14 (€12 with the winter discount). The apartment hotel is located on Mariahilfer Street, one of Vienna’s busiest shopping streets, and is also within a 30-minute walk of Schönbrunn Palace. I would definitely recommend it to visitors travelling to Vienna!

Hyvä hinta-laatu suhde. Huone tilava. Ilmastointi puuttui, joten huone vähän tunkkainen. Jääkaappi ja mikro huoneessa. Keittiössä ei vesipistettä,mikä vähän häiritsi.Hyvät yhteydet keskustaan. Lähellä paljon ruokapaikkoja ja hotellin vieressä kiva kahvila, josta sai aamupalaa. Ystävällinen henkilökunta

Det var et dejligt stort værelse, men et lille te-køkken med køleskab, et stort plus for os, der havde 5 overnatninger.

Perfekt für einen Mehrtageaufenthalt in Wien. Gut gelegen in der Nähe zum Westbahnhof, mit den nahen Öffentlichen kommt man ruckzuck überall hin. Ich hatte ein sehr großes Zimmer mit Küchenzeile, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Zum Frühstück alles was das/mein Herz begehrt🙂. Alle Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich! Für mich wieder die Anlaufstelle, wenn ich in Wien bin!

Very clean room, great location close to public transport and restaurants that are open late night. Front staff communicated really well and clearly.
