They went above and beyond especially when they heard it was a bday. Complimentary cake and champagne was left in the room with a handwritten card. We would most certainly stay here again

Clean room and cleaners are so helpful and happy to come daily and replace towels and do upkeep - really helpful! Staff are lovely and kind. Maybe think about some halal options for dinner / breakfast, or veggie / vegan sausages or meat! I had a great stay however, and would still rate this very high!

Fast check in you don’t have to wait till 4 pm I checked in at 2pm. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good something for everyone. Lots of free parking outside the hotel.

Zimmergröße was in Ordnung. Balkon etwas klein. Badezimmer war sauber. Der Wasserdruck war sehr gering, was beim Duschen etwas nervig war. Kaffee und Tee wurden täglich aufgefüllt. Es gab eine Nespresso-Maschine und einen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Beim Frühstück hat man - auch wenn es öfter voll war - immer einen Platz gefunden. Das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich und hat ständig das Buffet aufgefüllt und das benutzte Geschirr abgeräumt. Die Kaffeeautomaten waren etwas langsam - ein dritter Automat oder ein separater für Teewasser würde das Anstehen etwas minimieren. Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Nur beim Obst/Gemüse wäre etwas mehr Auswahl, Qualität angebracht. Dafür war der frisch gepresste Organgensaft sehr löblich. Die Lage des Hotels und die kostenlosen Parkplätze davor waren top. Man kommt fußläufig zum Strand und zu einer riesigen Auswahl an Shopping und Gastro-Angeboten. Das Personal an der Rezeption war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da wir schon sehr früh auschecken mussten, gab es dort auch ein bestelltes Lanchepaket. Das war top.

A little bit of a walk to the beach, but beautiful once you get there. View the ocean from your balcony. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and never short of anything.

Loved this hotel! Super clean, breakfast buffet was amazing and the pool is lovely! Only wish the washroom had a full glass door but I guess that’s a European thing!

This hotel was in a great location close to the beach, strip and good restaurants. The rooftop bar offers the most stunning views of the ocean and beaches. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice enough, and clean but kinda dark. We had like a half patio door. Even though it was half board we didn’t eat there. You have to pay for everything in the mini fridge which was the first hotel in my Portugal visit where you had to do that. Ouro Beach is a 5 min walk. You can rent sub loungers for around €20 for two beds and an umbrella. Worth it. You pay at the restaurant for those. Generally a decent stay. Only thing I really didn’t like is the burst of odor as you first walk in. It’s an overpowering scent.

Très belle pioche ! Cet hôtel était parfait. Emplacement à olhos da agua, proche plage. Chambre supérieure top, vue mer avec petit balcon. Petit déjeuner extra et de qualité. Piscine sympa. Personnel très accueillant. Je conseille. Le soir il y avait une ambiance musicale avec des chanteuses avec de très belles voix.

My second time stay at this hotel as there is no need to stay anywhere else if you are visiting Albufeira. Overall nice hotel and staff. Easy access to anywhere you would want to go in there area.

It was wonderful. Employees so well trained, helpful, friendly, and polite. Amazing breakfast. Excellent amenities. Comfortable and nice size room. Wonderful location, you can walk to the beach in five minutes. Hotel was above and beyond our expectation.

Excellent hotel in a great location with easy walkable access to the beach. Very clean, spacious rooms with comfy bed. Friendly & accommodating staff. Great Pool area for relaxing and sunbathing. Overall great vibe & great experience as a solo traveller at this hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Its close to the strip, very nice and quiet and comforting Hotel.

It should have been a boutique hotel where it’s relaxed and quite. But it was too busy (too little sunbeds and too many ‘reservations’ with towels) And too little food variation regarding diner.

Lovely hotel.staff very helpful and friendly. Bathroom/ shower a little dated.

Great property to stay at when visiting the Algarve! Close proximity to multiple beaches along with vibrant nightlife and restaurants!
