Mycket bra läge i centrum. Jag önskar att sängen hade varit mer bekväm, jag fick väldigt ont i ryggen efter min vistelse. Lägenheten behöver renoveras på vissa ställen. Tvättmaskiner och torktumlare i byggnaden var dessutom igång väldigt sent på kvällen, vilket gjorde det svårt att sova på grund av ljudet.

Nosotros pensamos que era un hotel no como un airbnb , el check in fue bueno, la localización tambien es muy buena el lugar esta muy viejo y descuidado aunque si estaba limpio. Una noche habia una gotera de agua del texho del pasillo . Pensamos que la plataforma tenia el cuidado de revisar las condiciones del lugar antes de subirla a la plataforma.

Everything was nice, area was great even the place until water was falling from ceiling and there was no communication to fix it

Ubicación excelente. Es zona silenciosa pero se oye todo. Acceso muy sencillo.

Excellent location both for the Gothic centre and the Born area. Great for public transport to get around. The flat itself was very nice for one and would be great for couple. Lots of space and 2 bathrooms. A couple of dodgy areas on the floor in the bedroom but nothing of concern. Shower was great

POSITIVES: (1) Location good. (2) Quiet in the back bedroom. (3) Two bathrooms. (4) Good size apartment. (5) WIFI good. NEGATIVES: (1) Only one bath towel each, used for 5 days. (2) Steep & narrow steps in building. Very small lift. (3) Sofa was dirty and the lounge floor sticky/dirty in places. (4) Holes in the floor in the corner of back bedroom. (5) TV didn't have any English speaking channels or English subtitles. (6) Nowhere to store suitcases if you arrived before 3pm on first day when access to room started.

Das Apartment wirkt deutlich abgenutzter als auf den Bildern. Uns hat das nicht gestört, aber wer viel auf Optik gibt, sollte das wissen. Die Küche ist spartanisch und reicht nur für einfache Gerichte - eine Abtropffläche fehlt. Das Badezimmer war mitgenommen, und die Jalousien klemmten. Positiv: Die Klimaanlage funktionierte super und die Lage ist top. Negativ: Das Apartment ist hellhörig - bei lauten Nachbarn hilft nur ein Ohrstöpsel-Backup. Kein Personal vor Ort, Zugang über NFC-Code ab 15:00 Uhr, deaktiviert nach 11:00 Uhr am Abreisetag. Zwar wurde per Mail nach Feedback gefragt, aber eine Antwort gab es leider nicht. Fazit: Für ein paar Tage mit einfachen Ansprüchen und Selbstverpflegung in Top-Lage ist das Apartment okay - solange man weiß, was einen erwartet.

Great position in the city. It is noisy though. And bathroom was a bit grotty.

Comfortable bed and spacious.. however wasn’t informed about the steps just to get to the room even with elevator and I hurt my back with my luggage.. the cleaner tried to come in without knocking at 10;58 .. I felt rushed but I was hurt in my back ..

Appartamento in posizione molto comoda anche se un pó rumorosa la sera. Pulizia nella media, bagno piccolo ma con tutto a disposizione e comunicazione eccellente con il personale via chat

Great location. The service though was very slow. The nessesary items we requsted, we received them on the 4th day. As well, the apartment needs small improvements - the floors in the bedroom and the bathrooms need repairs and the couch in the leaving room was dirty.

El alojamiento estaba limpio tenía una cama grande y dos baños completos, una sala con un grande sofá (sucio) y una cocineta con todo lo indispensable, el barrio súper bien ubicado y no escuchábamos nada de lo que pasaba en el exterior, sin embargo, la entrada del inmueble estaba sucia al igual que el ascensor.

Prime location and easy check-in/out. Tiny bathroom w/o shower curtain. I wish there would have been a couple more pillows, beds were ok but not great.

Spacious (for 2 people), well-situated and excellent electronic keys using an app. BUT parts of the apartment were not clean, the sofa was stained, the bedding smelt of damp. There were loose light fittings, holes in an area of the bedroom floor and missing plasterwork, missing bulb, shower leaked (though pressure and hot water were good). One kitchen drawer didn’t open as it hit the front door handle. Sometimes noisy from central staircase at night e.g. washing machine.

THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR OPENING THE APARTMENT WERE VERY CONFUSING. ALSO THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THROWING OUT THE TRASH CAME TOO LATE .

We stayed in an authentic and clean apartment in a great central location in Barcelona, just a few minutes away from the Gothic Quarter. There are plenty of shopping opportunities nearby, which was really convenient. The apartment was well equipped overall, but a few essential items were missing, like coffee, tea, salt or pepper. There was also no dish towel or cleaning supplies to help keep the place tidy. The bedroom unfortunately didn’t have a window, making ventilation a bit tricky, especially without air conditioning. We were also a bit unlucky with the weather, but despite that, the apartment provided a cozy space to stay indoors during the rainy days, making the stay still enjoyable. It’s a great base for exploring Barcelona when the sun shines again!
