Room is clean but doesn't have safe box, tea/coffee. Provide only one small cup with mini bar. Hotel change the time of breakfast to lunch but don't inform me before arriving. Anything else is good.

Der Aufenthalt im Golden Tulip Ana Tower Sibiu war leider eine Enttäuschung. Obwohl die Rezeption freundlich und das Frühstück im 11. Stock mit schöner Aussicht ein Pluspunkt war, entspricht das Zimmer in keiner Weise dem Standard eines 4-Sterne-Hotels. Die Sauberkeit ist mangelhaft – es wird nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Bei näherem Hinsehen findet man Staub, Haare im Bett, Flecken auf den Decken, und Kalk im Badezimmer sowie stark verschmutzte Lüftungsgitter. Solche Zustände sind inakzeptabel und wirken unhygienisch. Das Hotel ist sichtbar in die Jahre gekommen und ohne eine deutliche Verbesserung im Housekeeping und in der Instandhaltung ist der 4-Sterne-Status nicht gerechtfertigt. Fazit: Freundliches Personal reicht nicht aus, wenn die grundlegende Sauberkeit und Hygiene im Zimmer so gravierend vernachlässigt werden. Ich kann dieses Hotel in der jetzigen Form nicht empfehlen.“

Everything you would expect in a modern hotel. There’s a very good free breakfast included which is always a bonus. The only downside is the 10 minute walk to the old town. If this hotel was 500 m closer, it would be perfect. Overall, I would rate at 9 out of 10

Incredible stay, great staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and tons of amenities. All at a super reasonable price. One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to, breakfast was also awesome. WiFi was fast. No complaints.

Esta cerca del centro y tiene plazas de aparcamiento en la calle asignadas al hotel. El desayuno es en la planta 11 y tiene vistas de la ciudad. El mobiliario un poco antiguo en las habitaciones.

Location close by the old city. Nice room and amenities. Lovely breakfast.

Really enjoyed our stay. Service was excellent. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was of a very high standard, with plenty of choice and served in the rooftop restaurant giving great city and Mountain View’s. We also used the restaurant in the evening, which was very good and reasonably priced. The hotel gym is well equipped and helped work off all the food we were eating. Hotel allocated parking in front of reception. We parked up for our stay and walked into town, which took about 12 minutes.

MI SONO TROVATO BENISSIMO

El hotel esta nuy bien, la habitación muy amplia, el personal es encantador y esta muy cerca del centro, sin duda lo recomiendo.

The property is good value for money and is within walking distance of the city centre. Note that the sauna and Jacuzzi need to be booked and paid for separately. The cost for these facilities is per person, not per hour booked. The breakfast is on the 11th floor of the building, with a lovely view of the city. The breakfast options are good. The reception staff work hard.

The room was very spacious and clean.

I am afraid that this hotel suffered in comparison to our hotel in Bucharest. It is modern and stylish but lacks in substance. No hanging space, no water was supplied in room which was disappointing, my pet moan, there was no holder for toothbrush or razor, where am i supposed to put them, parking is not guaranteed, the first night arriving late and tired we were lucky to get the last space, TV did not work, normally this wouldn't concern me but Liverpool were playing United, reception sent up someone who fixed TV, however the hotel subscribes to only a very limited number of channels and football was not one of them. Reception told me my payment had been refused for insufficient funds, this had me really worried until i checked my records and found i had paid Hotels.com three weeks previous, the hotels issue was with Hotels.com, annoyed they a. Misinformed me. And b. Tried to get me involved. There are lots of hotels in Sibiu, i can't recommend this one

I liked the 11th floor restaurant. The rooms are in good shape. About a 15-minute walk to the old downtown.
