Nice hotel and nice service...If you like to see natural area surrounding hotel with nice landscape, you will love this hotel.The hotel website at orbitz says breakfast included but when check out it charged seperately at time of check out was surprise.

Pathetic management

This is the worst hotel that I have ever been to based on their strict policy. Will never recommend this hotel. It's one of the worst experience where you feel hopeless. Arrogant behavior of the management.

Wifi is horrible and there is a 500mb limit for a day and you have to ask for wifi password everyday as it expires in 24hrs. Very unsatisfied with wifi. Room cleaning is horrible. You have to push them to do room cleaning.

Rude staff. Hotel attempts to charge for everything, especially bookings already paid for (such as those made through Hotels.com). Nothing (good) makes this property stand out.

Was hopeless in nutshell. Dirty and full with mosquitoes. The wash room experience is the worst possible. The staff is courteous and it is pity that the hotel has lot of scope for improvements and yet looks like it is abandoned.

Etwas abseits gelegen, dafuer aber ruhig. Das Personal war recht freundlich aber alles ist schon etwas abgefackelt und leider auch nicht sehr sauber.

The room was untidy and smelly. Staff was disrespectful and distant.

Having looked at the website I thought I had discovered an excellent deal. As it turned out the price reflected the hotel quite well. Parts of the hotel were in great condition but other parts - loose sockets, old appliances, dust, bad beds - let it down. I stayed two nights and the room wasn't turned over which surprised me. Having said all that the breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful.

I was very impressed by this hotel given the price. It's in a decent location close to the airport and some shopping malls. With a 1 km walk you can get to some really good restaurants. The hotel doesn't have a bar, but Hard Rock Cafe and Stone Water Grill are closeby. The breakfast is good, rooms are clean and staff are very friendly. Would definitely stay again - as I was visiting on business. There is a shuttle to and from the airpot which was expensive, make alternative arrangements if you can.
