10 minute walk to the fresh fish market. Had the best sushi ever. Great location.

離伊勢丹百貨商圈很近，有AEON超市開到23：00,鬧中取靜，很不錯。

環境対応のふだをかけていたら、タオルの交換は別途お願いしないといけなかったのかもしれません。お部屋の掃除やシーツの交換は不要なのですがタオルはデフォルトで交換して頂けると嬉しい。

早餐新鮮及豐富

Beautiful and comfortable hotel with stunning views of the city and river. Staff was responsive and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was fresh, interesting, and delicious. The proximity of the hotel to restaurants, the river, and other places of interest was ideal for walking. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Second time staying here, great hotel with a great staff. No negatives whatsoever

Our overnight stay at the ANA Crown Plaza was comfortable and pleasant. The staff was courteous, helpful and professional throughout our stay. Our room advertised as a suite was rather small but clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet which had a nice variety of delicious dishes. The location of the hotel is not that close to the Niigata train station which would make draging baggage not convenient. Would recommend taking a taxi to the station. ANA Crown Plaza is a good place to stay while visiting Niigata.

조식은 가격대비 아주 많이 좋았고 맛있었습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 주변에 편의점도 가깝고 버스쎈터도 도보 10분내 거리에 있고 백화점도 있고 그리고 피아반다이시장도 도보로 갈수있는거리에 있어서 좋았습니다.

Great hotel and staff overall. About a 12 min walk from the train station. Plenty of shopping and dining nearby.

Fantastic place to stay. Large comfortable room with great views over the city. Friendly staff. A bit of a walk from the station but close to a large shopping centre.

朝からスノーボードで遊び、新潟駅で酩酊しながら夜12時手前にチェックイン。遅い時間にも拘らず、カウンターにはスタッフが2名。スムーズな手捌きでチェックイン対応を行い、ストレスなく部屋に入ることができた。疲労のせいか気づいたら朝を迎え、気づけばビュッフェ終了の1時間前。大慌て着替え、向かった先にはご馳走の山。我々の翌日からビュッフェがリニューアルされると事前に知っていたため、気持ちは斜め下といったところであったが、その不安を吹き飛ばすほどのご馳走の山が広がっていた。3種の白米は言うまでもなく、カレーや洋食まで幅広いラインナップ。特に、出来立てのフレンチトーストは我々の舌を唸らせた、何より料理にチャレンジしていた学生時代を回顧した。 部屋に戻り、昨日の疲労もあってかレイトチェックアウトを打診。快く引き受けてくださり、東京の最低賃金よりもはるかに低い1000円で1時間の幸福タイムを手に入れることができた。 さてそろそろ出発という時に、机上のランプに目を奪われた。スタイリッシュなシルバーのランプはまるで、我々を照らす太陽のように輝いていた。また、このランプに気づくことができないほどまでに我々を追い込んだ、スノーボードの恐ろしさを知った瞬間でもあった。友人がスマホで調べると、Artemideかというイタリア発の世界を代表する照明ブランドが作ったものであり、その価格は実に約9万円。細部までこだわり抜いたこのホテルが齎す最高のホスピタリティが、最後このような形で現れるとは思ってもいなかった。 以上を踏まえ、総合評価は⭐︎5を付けさせていただく。 5以上の評価をつけれない程に素晴らしく、欠点がない点がこのホテルの唯一の欠点なのかもしれない。
