There was no A/C in the room, and even though the heater was off inside, the heater in the 4th-floor corridor was on, making the room extremely hot. We had to open the windows and move the bed closer to get some fresh air. The heat made it difficult to sleep. The shower only had hot water—no cold option—and there was no fridge to keep drinks cool, so we had to put them outside the window. It was just hot, hot, hot everywhere! Other than that, everything else was nice. We stayed for a week, and parking was easy. Not every day was a buffet—some days there was a buffet, and other days meals were served from a menu. The food at the bar and restaurant was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally friendly.

In centre of town, easy to walk about. Parking on site. Room was hot, no AC, had to get a fan to help us.

We stayed at the Bracken while visiting Ireland for the Steelers football game. The hotel was located close enough to Dublin, yet it was quiet and away from the business of the city. Thomas, our server one night for dinner, went above and beyond to make our dinner special! The room was spacious and cozy, the bed was comfy, and breakfast was delicious.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Best was a little too soft should consider replacing. Convenient parking garage which hotel comps.

They have not turned the heat on yet. It was very cold in the room. They did bring us extra blankets

Was not very happy with the receptionist upon our arrival. She was not very friendly or helpful. Told us our room wasn’t ready and didn’t offer any assistance but to wait for 2 hours.
