Excellent place for a stay with kids

The bridge not cooling enough and is incredible they charge for ice!!!

Personal freundlich, Zimmer (etwas abgenutzt) ausreichend groß. Tolle Schwimmanlage, sehr sauber. Frühstück und Abendbuffet sehr große Auswahl und sehr lecker!

Great for water park visitors. Great food. Very comfortable beds. Wifi not so good.

Standart rooms were the only ones available and they are very very basic and non pampering at all. The Hotel was terribly crowded and so was Aqua world. Breakfast is very good!

Great for famiies with children

Værelser ganske fine, men mangler basale ting som strygejern, minibar. Maden på hotellet er en katastrofe direkte ulækkert, maden er så fed og uspiselig. Der er tale om fuldfed ungarsk mad i ed frityre og fedt på alt, og der er taget udgangspunkt i laveste fællensnævner i madpyramiden, tydeligt at se at dem de rspiste made var typuske overvægtige med 10-20+ kg ekstra på sidebenet. Som vegetar var der ikke en eneste ting på menuen, blev rådet til at gå i baren og talte med en ung dame der pegede på tre sandwich der var til vegetarer (indeholdt Bacon, Oksekød, Kygling..) Hun fattede nok ikke hvad en vegetar var. Sauna og bade facilitetet er super fine Træningsfaciliteter fremtræder mangelfukde og nedslidte, burede sortere i hvem der har adgang dem der vil træne og derm der vil bruge det som socialt opholdsrum. Dette taget med udgangspunkt i besøg i 137 land med 200 overnatninger de sidste 27 år med ca 30 forskellige hoteller pr år.

The room very clean and quiet. The staff is kind and helpful. I was in the aquaworld pool area when I was a child and I loved it even then. We will definitely come back again. :)

We have stayed at the property multiple times and it has always been wonderful. This time was a bit different. Some things at the water park weren’t working as they were being cleaned or fixed. Also at both dinner services, I had to beg a waiter to order drinks and only ended up being able to order once. I was definitely disappointed in the service this time around.

Rooms where clean and big enough for us.The breakfast was fantastic with loads of options. The pool area itself was fantastic. It's a little bit out of the centre so a car would be advisable, but it's also only a short taxi ride into the centre.Overall we where really happy with everything and had an amazing time. Definitely looking to go back.

We had the junior suite which is certainly large enough for 3 adults with a king bed and sofa bed. There is a walk in shower and a large bathtub. Included were passes to Aqua World that was a lot of fun.

As always another great stay at Aquaworld. We had a family suite and half board option. Our flight was delayed so we missed dinner the first night so they gave us free lunch one day too. We did have issus with check in because we had been told that they accept American Express and they couldnt seem to run our card and wanted us to pay in cash for the full stay. We were allowed to go to our room and try again in the morning and we found one card terminal that would accept AMEX if mannually entered. The water park was very crowded on the weekend days but the staff handled it well and it never felt uncomfortably crowded. Our kids love Aquaworld and we will definitely return again.
