Was placed on the 30th floor view was great outside of the construction that was going on but the ventilation system it was no air room was 85 on a 60° day. It was just very uncomfortable to sleep in.

Totally adored the cleanliness, efficiency, friendliness, security and ability to use the location as a hub for seeing the city. Will definitely stay here again. Quiet rooms, noisy casino separated.

decent but not great

It was a great stay everything was nice and clean no complaints. The staff was friendly and accommodating my son left his toothbrush and they had courtesy ones at the front desk.

Haven’t even made it there. They took my money and I was supposed to be using key cash I’m done w the app

Das Hotel ist alt. Die Zimmer abgewohnt. Unser Bett war schnutzig und die Kosmetiktücher leer. Im Bad lagen überall Haare. Mit der Sauberkeit ist es hier nicht weit her. Der Checkin war langsam. Positiv: die Zimmer haben keinen Teppich. Aber mehr als eine Nacht würde ich hier ungern verbringen

Great location n made it easy to tour the city

The windows are filthy, the room is dusty. The coolest we could get the room was 73, very stuffy. Asked to change rooms and couldn’t because we didn’t allow maintenance to attempt to fix the ac 1st.

Great service answered all of my questions and room was spotless.

Everything was GREAT!

Although the hotel did not offer daily housekeeping; I would have liked daily trash pickup and check for toileting items as I had to contact guest service to request a replacement roll of toilet paper.

Great experience

For over 200 a night i couldnt believe the conditions of the rooms. The first room was dirty! Garbage in the trash cans…Take out from the last guest still in the warm fridge! So when we opened it to put drinks in the whole room filled with a trash/rotten smell …stains on the sheets…Unknown white substance on toilet seat ! unknown substance all over middle end table between beds… Dirty floors as well my socks were black from walking around the room ! I would 100% not recommend anyone stay there! I wish i could upload videos! these where only a few pictures I took!

Hotel is comfortable and clean. Staff are friendly and efficient. Food options are mostly fast food counters in the casino(exceptions are Dunkin on the lobby floor of the hotel and there is a steakhouse, also in the casino). Location is good for downtown, there is also a stop for the free train attached to the casino building

Hollywood is always a pleasant stay with really nice and clean rooms.

Cleaning only every other 3 day, no water added each day, extra service fee of 27 USD/day for free water even if it was not added each day.

The hotel was excellent staff was friendly. They let me check in early. The room was amazing nice and clean.
