I like this apartment hotel much because the facilities are very good, very suitable for a big family to reside (especially cooking equipment). The hotel is quite near many tourist attraction spots, hence it is an advantage as well.

Great rate, especially for it's proximity to the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. The outside really got cleaned up since Natty Guard came and went.

A half block from the convention center. The Delegate is close and has good food (expensive). The room is decent, but dated. Lots of space for a family of four and ample space to cook and eat to save $. Bathroom is small. It is close to the metro and if you like to walk, about a mile from the national mall. There is no TV in the bedroom, and the living room TV is really small. Bottom line: if you are here to enjoy the sights and want the option to cook and save some money, this is a place for you. The staff is very nice though and I thought I heard a dog? Maybe pet friendly?

Close to Marriot convention center

This place is an excellent value. Huge, beautiful suites with marble floors. Very clean property and responsive staff. Internet was very fast for us. One block from the Convention Center. There were some minor maintenance issues and the AC and hot water were occasionally down, but only for a few hours. Coffee and toiletries were low quality so bring your own if you're picky. Of course, if this property was truly luxurious, it would have cost 3x what we paid.

I was a little on the fence with this property. I went with it because it had good reviews for the most part. When I walked in, it was giving apartment vibes, not hotel. The room was surprisingly clean. The sofa, which is a sofabed, is not comfortable to sit on. There is no tv in the bedroom. The full kitchen is a plus. It really came in handy. There is no parking. You have to park in the lot right next door or walk blocks away to park in a pay to park lot. At first we decided to park in the lot next door to the hotel but at least 3 spots were full of glass as if windows were busted out. We decided not to park there. The lot does not have an attendant so you have to park at your own risk. The staff is friendly and attentive to concerns. I will not be returning. The parking is a deal breaker, amongst other things.

Didn't have any hot water for the last two days of my stay. Convenient location, less than a block from the convention center. Full kitchen and living area were very convenient.

The room was beautiful and felt like home when we walked in. Our kids had more than enough room to play and be comfortable. There is a parking lot within walking distance.

It was a comfortable, well-furnished suite. The only problem was that I couldn't get the TV to work. All I could get was "no signal." I could have been doing something wrong, but if so, it shouldn't have been that complicated and/or should have come with instructions. I was too busy to ask for help, so I just did without, but I would have liked to watch the news at least. Otherwise, I was happy with the place.

A very nice place for a family. Very spacious with a kitchen. Close to Mtrain with 6 minutes walking distance.Will come back again.

This was a great place to stay for local conference center. Everything was spotless and the staff was helpful. I appreciated the kitchen, I have food allergies and have to prepare my own food. The kitchen wasn't well stocked- I had an 8in non stick saucepan as the only cooking implement. I made it work by cooking in batches. There were issues with the air-conditioning; The staff was very responsive and fixed it but it broke 2x. Overall the value for the property is great, I felt very safe and I would absolutely stay here again.

This is a unique place to stay.. It is actually an apartment and not a hotel room, it has a full kitchen, bath and bedroom. Equipped with cooking utensils and dishes. The only thing that was not good, no hot water in the shower. They did a great service recovery for the inconvenience of not having hot water in shower..
