Ok hotel and the only real gay option but it’s very tired and run down, staff are ok but room cleaning poor, they just forgot to do my room on two different days.

The hotel is looking a little bit tired, the bathrooms are quite out dated with dim lighting. It's in a good location though and close to the local gay bars/clubs. The pool area is fine, the bar prices are quite reasonable too.

Overall, my experience was unpleasant. The bartenders at the lower pool, were unfriendly, and lacked basic customer service skills, which made anyone feel unwelcome. The music was played at such a low volume that it was difficult to hear or enjoy, taking away from the atmosphere. The shower was also disappointing. The short, inexpensive shower curtain allowed water to spill all over the bathroom floor, creating a mess after every shower. Finally, the water vending machine was not user-friendly. When asked for assistance, a staff member simply suggested that I purchase bottled water from the kitchen instead, rather than helping me use the machine.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic location and atmosphere This was another excellent stay at Ritual. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach, La Nogalera and Torremolinos train station, making it an ideal base for both relaxing and exploring the Costa del Sol. The staff were welcoming, my room preference request was accommodated, and the room was clean and well maintained throughout my stay. The atmosphere is one of the hotel’s biggest strengths. It’s sociable and welcoming, with a great pool area and excellent facilities, while still offering plenty of opportunities to relax. The only constructive feedback I’d give is that I found the mattress in my room quite firm, which made some nights less comfortable than I would have liked during a two-week stay. Comfort is, of course, subjective, but it was noticeable over a longer visit. I’d also recommend checking the hotel’s event calendar before booking. Festivals such as Infinity, Kink Weekend and other major events create a fantastic atmosphere for those attending, but they also make the hotel and surrounding area much busier. If you prefer a quieter, more relaxed holiday, choosing dates outside those weekends may be a better option. Overall, Ritual offers a fantastic holiday experience with an unbeatable location, excellent facilities and a unique atmosphere. It’s a great choice for anyone looking to stay in Torremolinos.

It was over priced for what you got Hotel needs to be modernised and updated We were half board and the evening meal was very hit and miss We had stayed in the same hotel 3 times before and had an excellent experience We will not be retuning

Leuk hotel met vriendelijk personeel , kamers zijn ok , onderhoud is niet perfect maar ok , goed ontbijtbuffet ( geen vers fruitsap)

Hotellet behöver en uppdatering. Trevlig personal. Poolområdet är onödigt dött. Jag rekommenderar inget att äta på hotellet. Frukosten fungerar för den som måste äta. Lunch och middag är fruktansvärt. Men närområdet bjuder på väldigt bra mat.

I returned to hotel Ritual this year, and one of the many reasons I always book this hotel was partly for its pool and leisure facilities. The pool area is spacious usually with great staff and a fantastic atmosphere. During my stay, the pool area was occupied by organised events and large numbers of non-resident visitors for several days, which significantly restricted guests' ability to use the facilities. There were 3 days during my stay where I was unable to get to the pool area until at least late afternoon which made it all a little redundant I had issues with trying also obtain the lift key for the beach with the 3 different times I asked I was informed it was unavailable and to check later. The superior room was spacious, with great facilities and a great sea view. I did however notice a smell of stale smoke from the room on arrival and on one occasion my room was not cleaned because 3pm I was told was too late. I had a great time as always in torremolinos but I do feel there was a duty to inform me of the multiple events taking place and the restrictions this may have placed on using the facilities and amenities advertised. Had I been aware of the impact this may have had on my trip, I may have chosen alternative accommodation.

Great Place to stay, just one or two niggles. The bedding and towels had a distinct smell of chip fat / fried food so guess the laundry store is near the kitchen. The roof top pool area closes far too early (7:00pm) It ought to close around sunset in my view. We did have one meal in the restaurant which was okay but nothing special. All in all though, a good experience and the staff were really good.

Great experience overall. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and I really enjoyed my stay. The only uncomfortable moment was with a member of the bar staff at the top-floor pool, who asked me to get naked even though I was only wearing Speedos. This was confusing, as the website states that the area is clothing-optional. Aside from that, everything was excellent, and I had a great experience. I would happily return.
