The beach was excellent. The beach bar is modern and convenient, was always able to find a lounge chair, there is natural shade and changing rooms on the beach.

Idyllic resort on a paradise peninsula. Ticks all the boxes. Only annoyance is the amount of wasps & the value for money for the restaurants.

The staff were lovely and attentive, the pool was great and the view across the bay with the mountains of Albania as the backdrop was very beautiful. There was also a beach and multiples bars The only small gripes I had were that many of the amenities were hard to locate and there wasn't much signposting. Also, some of the meals that weren't included in the package were quite expensive, and there were a couple of restaurants in the area that did delicious food for a more reasonable price. However, I very much enjoyed my stay and would come back again.

Beautiful place

Absolutely fantastic, the service was top notch - staff were friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were having a good time.

Service is very slow. The staff is not very engaging. Initial greeting and welcome was great. After that, poor service. Very difficult to get the basics, coffee, ice, towels, drinks at outside bar.

A wonderful and welcoming place, well located on the island.

Vackra omgivningar med fin välskött trädgård och flera stränder att välja på. Utmärkt frukost med många varma och kalla alternativ. Jättesköna sängar, betydligt mjukare än de brukar vara runt medelhavet. Bra tryck i duschen. Tyst AC på rummet som gick att reglera själv. Vi använde även systerhotellets faciliteter som strand, pool och glassbar.

Une de mes pires expériences de vacances depuis bien longtemps. J avai réservé une chambre "superior bungalow sea view" à 500 eur la nuit environ, à ma grande surprise la chambre n avait pas de vue mer (un gros arbre la cachait complétement). Il me soutenaient que les mots "vue mer"reflétaient la catégorie de la chambre mais ne garantissait pas une vue mer!!!!!! 2 jours plus tard, ils m en proposaient une autre avec le meme problème! La chambre est petite, aucune décoration, on ne tient pas à 2 dans la salle de bain, sale car a été nettoyé une seule fois en une semaine, les éléments de robineterie se dégondent (comme les placarts)... et ce qui soutenait la douche s est desincrusté du mur et est tombé. Les carreaux de la piscine sont couverts d une épaisse mousse jaunatre (crasse?), absolument répugnant ..et rien n est nettoyé, les carreaux extérieurs de la piscine sont très très glissants(ma fille est tombé 2 fois), c est vraiment dangereux . Ne parlons pas du buffet à 55 euros par personne, une horrible cantine , j ai de meilleur souvenir de ma cantine scolaire, produits bas de gamme et toujours trop cuit! On est sans cesse harcélé par des guépes (à vraiment éviter pour les enfants et personnes sensibles) (j ai été piqué 2 fois). 2 autres restaurants dans l hotel qui sont de bonnes qualité mais avec des prix stratosphériques. Peut etre que Grecotel devrait faire un point moins de marketing mais améliorer son service client qui à mon avis n atteint pas celui d un 3 etoiles.

Beautiful property, clean, amazing scenery. The only thing the elevator there is only one elevator for the whole sixth floor and it was slow so usually we use the stairs.

Great location and fantastic staff. Pools and beach were nice although the situation with the sun loungers was ridiculous with other guests "claiming" sunbeds from before 07:00 am! The hotel did nothing to alleviate this issue. Whilst we enjoyed our time there, this issue alone would prevent us from returning. A shame.

Our stay was amazing; warm and welcoming staff, full board meal package was top notch delicious, room was quiet and clean with an unbelievable panoramic view of the property and sea, pool/beach were so relaxing and enjoyable, loved the fun music at night. We would love to come back every year!

Definitely not a 5-star experience. Hotel is quite run down, bathroom had mould and had some terrible patch up jobs. Bedroom smelt damp. While the staff there were all nice and pleasant, none of them seemed to be well trained or able to deal with any issues effectively, the restaurant service was chaotic and slow.

Our stay was perfect! The hotel took our requests into consideration. The property is truly beautiful, and the staff is really friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back. PS. thank you so much for making our anniversary so special.

Highly recommend for a family getaway. We visited with our baby daughter for a week and would love to have stayed longer. Suggest doing half board as there are limited other food options close by.
