Fantastic property with lots of amenities and easy bus link to the old town and restaurants in Lapad. Pool and spa were fantastic and the buffet breakfast amazing. Maro World (when open in season) was great for the kids as well. Only slight blemish was the smell of cigarette smoke that permeated through the hotel room corridors which was really quite unpleasant, but I’m not sure what could be done about that.

Breakfast was the best part of this place. I’ve never felt so bamboozled in my life. The website had all these things for kids to do, theatre, play place, trampoline park, etc, then we get there and nothing is at the hotel. You have to walk ten minutes to get to the kids stuff, but then it’s all shut down during the offseason. We were there end of March and nothing was open outside. No outdoor pool, no swim up bar, nothing. Really not family friendly in the offseason that’s for sure. The indoor pool was really cold too. And there’s not hot tub. The room was super outdated too. Not what the pictures depicted on the website. Our “king bed” was two twins pushed together. Not king sheets either. It was really unfortunate as I wouldn’t have booked there if I knew how little it had to offer.

We stayed here for several days and the proximity to the bus for travel into Old Town Dubrovnik was very easy. The room was beautiful and bed very comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our 5th floor balcony. Restaurant called Piramida was just a short walk down the hill and was so delicious we ate there 4 times. Breakfast was beyond outstanding from made to order omelettes, fresh breads, fruits and delicious meats. So much variety! Lots for families from what we could see. Just an excellent experience all the way!

We had a very good experience. Got upgraded to a room with ocean view and it was fantastic. And the room even had a heating lamp above the sink so it’s warmer when you get out of the shower, smart! Staff were friendly and very fast check in and out! Breakfast was really good and you basically had everything there! There’s a bus stop nearby that takes you to old town in 15 min!

Beautiful view of the mountains, and sun on the balcony through the morning.

Nicely situated hotel outside of Old Town Dubrovnik. Many amenities. Only thing is if you have to go to bed before 10pm, request a room that isn’t over the main reception/and bar area since music is played and the bar closes at 11pm. Hotel has incredible breakfast options included.

Très bel hôtel plutôt calme sauf lors d'un congrès où les extérieurs ont été privatisés (très bruyant et inaccessible pour les voyageurs). Buffet complet pour tous les goûts (petit dej continental plutôt qualitatif). Très bonne literie, petits concerts le soir, très bel espace piscine. Un peu loin du centre-ville (attention les parkings de Dubrovnik sont très chers). Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas plus de communication sur la restauration dans et à proximité de l'hôtel. Très bonne surprise, tant qu'il y a de la place devant l'hôtel on peut statonner gratuitement

Late check in went very smoothly. Amazing breakfast buffet, comfy beds no fitted sheets so the sheet went everything during the night. Also, screen in shower is too small and resulted into flooding half the bathroom. Lovely location on the water and quiet area, far from the bustle of old town Dubrovnik.

The location is not very good, you need to take uber all the time. Other then that, everything is perfect, especially the breakfast and the swimming pool.

Essen sehr lecker, draußen ruhige Sitzmöglichkeiten. Noch nie so schlechten Service erlebt: - Service beim Essen kaum vorhanden - Gäste müssen selbst die Teller stapeln und die Tische abräumen - Wenn doch ein Kellner kam, war dieser gernervt und stöhnte, wenn man noch etwas zu Drinken bestellen wollte Blick aufs Meer wunderschön.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and with a great balcony and view. The included breakfast buffet was delicious and had many options. The pools were really nice and the beach at the neighbouring hotel was incredible.

La relacion costo /calidad es mala, lo mas destacable es el desayuno, pero en terminos generales la atencion NO ES BUENA , mi habitacion estaba lejos , muy lejos de todo , NO HABIA UN AGUA MINERAL EN LA HABITACION en un hotel COSTOSO , la heladera estaba vacia , baje a comprar un agua mineral y me la cobraron 5,40 euros !!pedi un whisky en ela piscina , la medida fue MINUSCULA y el que me atendio me siguio hasta la silla a buscar mi tarjeta , tenia miedo que me fuera sin pagar , NO SON BUENOS EN LA ATENCION , no volveria
