Clean room. Friendly staff.

Design of the hotel rooms is contempory. The beds are comfortable.

Check in a breeze. Clean and well appointed rooms. Restaurant was convenient. Shuttle service great!

Great place we stay before many years ago when the newly opened this hotel but I have to say the experience is same staff was very helpful and property was clean and well maintained I will rate this 9/10

The hotel was clean, modern, and easily accessible to the airport. We were traveling with small children and the staff were very accessible accommodating. Our only negative was in our room, there was too many furniture pieces (end tables, etc.) which made it difficult to set up and navigate with a travel crib and the pull out couch.

It was a great sleep once we got there. Staff was friendly. Amenities were great.

The renovations to the lobby are great. The space is modernized and now is vibey. The room renovation are excellent as well but the air conditioning is really noisy and we couldn’t sleep with it on

I really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely come back if we needed a location close to the airport. The hot tub was definitely the highlight, especially with the view..

I have stayed at the acclaim now, four times, and it’s always outstanding. The facilities and the rooms are wonderful, the staff is friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. And the location to the airport is perfect and the buff service is on time and wonderful.

I had chosen a room designated pet friendly on the Expedia app but when I checked in the staff told me it was not pet friendly. He gave me another room that was equivalent but not updated. He was apologetic and also offered me a voucher for free drinks at their restaurant. He was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast at the adjoining restaurant was good and large portion. The room had a wonderful shower.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Hotelzimmer sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Hochwertiges und leckeres Frühstück im Restaurant nebenan war im Zimmerpreis inkludiert.

Elevators didn’t work half the time

It was the perfect location for us to stay before flying out of Calgary airport the next day. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were very clean and we enjoyed our stay
