The Hampton Inn right next to LaGuardia is, for a business traveller, a perfect choice for the pricetag. Spacious rooms, spotlessly clean, very decent bathrooms, and literally on the doorstep of the airport. Delivers on all the essentials.

The hotel was clean and breakfast buffet was excellent How is was surprised that Hampton Inn allows the staff at the front desk, specifically Sam, to wear a political hat. He said he was allowed to wear it. I found it very offensive and insensitive to the feeling of patrons, particularly those visiting the US from Latin American countries. We may not share the same views but promoting beliefs that are not widely embraced should not be the first thing you see when you enter a Hampton Inn. I am surprised and disheartened by Hilton’s practice.

I’ve stayed at over 10 Hampton Inns, and all of them have been organized, well-maintained, and operated smoothly. Unfortunately, this property was a major exception. It felt neglected from the moment I arrived — light sconces were falling off the walls, the shower frame showed signs of mold, and basic traveler supplies were completely missing. Overall, the condition was run-down and disappointing. What made it more frustrating was the price — over $350 per night — which did not match the quality or experience. I expected much better from the Hampton brand.

Outdated but does the job for a quick stay near the airport.

I have been trying to find an email for the manager of the property as he promised 10 K points in my Hilton’s account which have not arrived. I have the card he gave me stating that points. The property is in construction and the elevator was malfunctioning so my child and I had to go down with our luggage and backpacks from the 11 floor. When I told the person in the front lobby he told me he was the manager and he would give me the points for all the trouble. This was on June 14. No points in my Hilton's account. Not sure who to contact as the card has no name or email. It did not help that I was told by the hotel that it was going to be 55 dollars to take me to Brooklyn and the person taking me told me 80 dollars. This might have been a miscommunication, but still. We did like the area, and the hotel once remodeled has potential. The breakfast I have to say was not good (flavor wise for hot items). Wondering if the person stating that he was the manager told me that just to I would not complaint, not that I would ever cause a scene, but since he told me “I am adding the points right now and they are not there”, I am wondering what happened.

Staff were polite and very helpful! The room was clean and breakfast options were good!

10 minute walk to LaGuardia AirPort. 30 minute walk to the #7 train to Manhattan. Very convenient. And they have complimentary breakfast.

Parking was limited and garage was a bit pricey but over it was good.

Clean, comfortable room. Walls are thin and pillows are like pancakes.

Gave me access to someone else room

Property was very convenient but is long overdue for updating. The carpet and fabric furniture were not clean. Bathroom was clean and linens were clean (headboard was definitely NOT clean). TV did not work. Shuttle was convenient. Staff was average.

The staff were lovely. The room was dated and the paper placard (with a QR code for downloading good options) had a bloody fingerprint on it.

Rooms are very nice but furniture is getting worn a bit. Bathroom was nice and roomy

They double booked our room, deactivated our key cards and strangers walked in on us just as we got back to the room. They could have stolen our property and the hotel didn’t even care at all.

Friendly staff, clean room and hotel. Traveled with our grandchild and he had a blast in the pool. Parking was on site and included. They also had electric vehicle charging which was a plus for us.
